"The hotel is older, but it did not feel like that inside. Smelled new, very clean. Room was quiet. Bed comfortable and all bedding was obviously fresh and clean. Staff is very helpful, and the hot breakfast was nice."

"The staff is accomodating & friendly. The ambience of the river setting, the wildlife, nature is very peaceful. They have the loveliest patio to sit and enjoy breakfast or the birds or the sunset & Paul Mtn. I also love the fact that you can walk to Riverside Park which is the most beautiful park I have experienced in an urban setting. The Kamloops gardeners & city planners are doing a FABULOUS job! I am living here when I get to a point where walking & being present is my mainstay of enjoyment! "
