The tv didn’t work and they couldn’t fix.They offered new room, packed up to new room .TV still not working.Stayed two nights with a no TV for one.We were told we’d get a discount,that didn’t happen.Not good with the customer service here.

The property was fine, staff did their best being accomodating trying to compensate for Expedia's mistake. Expedia booked me a King bed, I booked 2 Queen beds, had 2 travellers. They also said they were charging me $160 and they charged me $230. This was the first time I ever used Expedia and also the last. What a joke they are. Criminals. The staff worked hard to move other guests around to accomodate Expedia's error.

Staff was pleasant and the continental breakfast was above what we expected. Only possible changes I could suggest is better coffee (for the breakfast), real cream; and pave parking area (we came during the wet season.
