Easy to find and quick drive to city park. You have to cross a busy street to get to an area to walk a dog. Near plenty of restaurants and grocery store.

I thought it was clean & quiet (loud air conditioner, but appreciated the cool in 40 degree heat); & good value for the price. Pool was welcome; pool deck & furniture was a bit dirty with litter (in the evening).

Overall was good but a little disturbing from the guest upstairs as they were just stomping around at odd hrs. I think those given rooms upstairs should be told to be considered about people downstairs. Pool needs to cleaned as there were bugs and debris around inside since its outdoor pool.
