"Friendly Respectful Hotel "

"The location is amazing and convenient, has massage service in house which is cheaper and better than others in town. Food in the hotels restaurant is 5 times better than holiday inn down the road. The rooms are spacious and the the beds are comfortable, plus the rooms have a bath tub which i loved as i soak and relax after a long days of walking and sightseeing. The the customer service is awesome... I loved this place ^_^"

"The trip started a bit off at the check in as there were some delays, but the hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! I would like to thank especially Alex from the management team and Jibcy from customer relations that made an outstanding effort for us "

"Everything was has expected. Overall clean, nice pool with sun, bed ok, very good buffet, close to the beach (walking distance). The only thing bad for us was the amount of children (too many, splashy and loud around the pool). But would still definitely go again! :) "

"The hotel is near the beach, near night market, shopping mall. It’s fun to stay here. Great breakfast buffet. Great one-man babe at night for dinner. The staff is excellent! I would recommend it. "

"Novotel Phuket Resort Patong was a lovely resort overall. Very friendly and polite staff, who assisted us with tour bookings and other queries we had during our short stay. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty to choose from and catered for all nationalities. It can do with some facility updates as it's 4-star rating. We would recommend the resort to family or friends if visiting Phuket. We wish the staff all the best for the future and thank them for their hospitality."
