The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff always went above and beyond! The resort overall looks kind of aged and could use updates. The breakfast staff was always accommodating and amazing! Checking in and out was an easy process. Location is great, and close to almost anything you would want to do in Patong. The crossing guards were awesome, and we appreciate all of their help crossing the road. Patong will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you everyone!

We had pool access room was great room clean and room got cleaned every day bed was a bit hard but slept ok huge bathroom! Staff were great really friendly and easy to deal with!also breakfast was great and had a wide range of selection for everyone would definitely recommend and definitely stay there again. Location was great in a quiet area just across from the beach and 7/11 straight across the road also heaps of food options in walking distance

We stayed with our family of three, including our 5-year-old daughter. We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. There was a lot of traffic on the road, but the staff stopped the car when our child was passing by! The pool was just the right size. One thing that was disappointing was that we told them to come for cleaning because it was my daughter's nap time, but they didn't come until late in the evening. Other than that, the staff were very helpful!

The hotel was in a very good spot. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the hotel and the furniture was old and needs replacement.

Good value, we enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, near the beach, shops and some nice restaurants but not as crazy as further south in Patong. The main road next to us was a little difficult to cross with our 2 year old, you basically just have to walk out in front of cars and they have to slow down to let you cross. The hotel was pretty good value with a nice pool and buffet breakfast included. The pool was very quiet despite what seemed like a lot of guests staying. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. The travel desk staff also very helpful and provided reasonable prices for excursions and great advice about potential weather conditions on the islands etc. We really enjoyed our stay here. There is a 7/11 across the street, a massage place just down the road, a restaurant across the road, and a laundry lady next door who did a wonderful job of washing and folding our laundry for 50 baht/ kilo and returning it to hotel reception 24hrs later. Unfortunately there were some guests that didn’t know how to use their manners at the breakfast buffet but cannot fault the staff at all. They were wonderful and always willing to assist. It is located on the outskirts of Patong but that’s what we wanted. Get the bolt/ grab app and easy taxi/ tuk tuk to get you into the heart of the action when that’s what you want. The pool area is lovely and swim up bar served great cocktails! We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for having us! If we return to Phuket, we’ll definitely come back!

This is one of the best places I've stayed in phuket. They have the most friendly staff and are always there at your every need. Everything is right there. There is only 1 negative thing i can say and that its very hard to cross the street right outside the hotel, as there is a round-about to the right and it gets very busy. 5 stars for sure.

This was my first time to Thailand and to Phuket. My only information about this hotel was through reviews and pictures. I was not disappointed!! The hotel looks just like the pics!! I was really impressed with the size of the room. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with lots of variety. The property is righy over ghe rd from the Patong beach! And also walkable to other tourist attractions as well as resturants. I will absoloutely stay here again and recommend to others

The area was really cool, close to the beach and just the right of the beach club is a local bar area on the rocks that has Stunning view of the sun set. I had a pool access room that was super cool and stunning but the down fall was the bed was very hard, I also asked for a double bed on booking and it was made as two singles so ask to get it made as one they didn’t even get me get me a bigger blanket just used the two singles also didn’t have a flat sheet just a blanket that I thought was odd as most places have fitted, flat and blanket.

Service: Excellent staff, polite, friendly, helpful, happy. Location: Close to the beach & parasailing & jetskis. 7-11 across the road. Chemist, Money Exchange & Laundry are basically next door. Easy walk to everything nearby. Facilities: Some maintenance is overdue (like some AC's and pool area) but the building, rooms and facilities are generally in good repair, very clean and overall no complaints. We had 5 rooms and no issues to report.

It was nice that the free breakfast was a little different every day. Multigrain bread is very delicious. A chef cooks for over 200 people by himself. There aren't many shops nearby, but if you're going to the beach, it's not too noisy, so it's recommended. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable, but there weren't many electrical outlets and it felt a little bit dated.But it’s very clean, recommended for people who don't require many amenities.

Little oasis on the outskirts of the Patong.

This was my second stay at the Paragon Resort & Spa. It is like its own little oasis when in the pool. To stay current the hotel will need to complete some renovations as the building is starting to look old. Things like mattress and pillow comfort could be improved and towels with ripped edges. These little things will help elevate the hotel. Having a drink offer to keep people at the hotel bar/swim bar longer would be a good idea. Making a big investment in setting up an 5 star spa could help bolster the property. The staff are very friendly and I’d highly recommend the hotel to others looking for a reliable place to stay just outside the hustle and bustle of Patong.

The Delux Room I was in is very spacious, Shower and bathtub also very spacious and my view from my windows and balcony of the hotels swimming pool absolutely fabulous to wake up to every morning or afternoon. The hotel location is also great being only 2 mins walk to Patong Beach. The staff were very polite and helpful to solve any issues too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Phuket! The only issue I would be critical over which is not unique to this hotel but most hotels I've been to around the world, is to invest in better TV program packages, like cable TV or satellite for when we prefer to stay in the room and relax, I know this may be costly but hotels need to realise that the holiday experience includes relaxing in your room. Overall, 5 out of 5 for my Patong Paragon Resort & Spa experience.

We were very excited to spend 5 nights here based on the reviews I had read. The hotel is indeed very nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Attention to detail by management is sorely lacking however. I hate petty negative reviews but need to note: 1 Our flight to Phuket was delayed by several hours. I called the hotel twice from our departure airport to give them revised arrival time. I was assured our hotel arranged transport would be waiting for us. It wasn't and another phone call to them from Phuket airport got us a ride - 30 minutes later. Should have simply taken a cab. 2. When we arrived at 8:30 pm to check in we were advised that the 2 rooms we booked with king sized beds in each were ready?. I had confirmed directly and in writing that each room was to have twin beds. Four 65 year old men - good friends but not couples who did not want to sleep with each other. Front desk requested no change that night and that rooms would be reconfigured the next day? We refused so again we had to wait - this time for an hour for same. 3. We left for golf each morning at 830 and returned around 4. The first 4 days neither room was made up on our return - despite daily reminders at front desk to do so. Again - get out of room and wait while maids turned them over. I actually met with "hotel consultant" Wanida Khamsathien who listened, said she was sorry, and offered a free round of drinks by the pool. I think she should have done more. Nice place but management lacking.
