"The Amari was the perfect choice for our stay in Phuket. The facilities were beautiful, the staff were so friendly and accomodated to our every need, buffet breakfast was amazing. Could not fault anything and shed a tear when it was time to say goodbye. Will definately be staying again in the future."

"1) Sewage in toilet not working well Took 10 minutes for water to subside after bathing each time. 2) TV has only sound but no visual display. 3) Food just average. Good point: Drinking water dispensers around hotel."

"The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We went during their low season, so the attention to detail was phenomenal. The beach isnt the best in the area. We couldnt swim in the beach because we were warned about jellyfish in water. We did experience rain during out trip, so the best time to visit is October- November. Overall, this hotel is pretty secluded so if you like quiet, this is the place. "

"We were a family of four with 2 ocean rooms next to each other and had a great stay here. The rooms were large with a huge bed which could be split to make twin beds. A little on the hard side but they put a thin quilt on top to make it softer from the second day. I would say the rooms were dated somewhat and are in need of a refurb but to be honest everything is in the right place and with so much space and the view you forget about the old furniture and bathroom.
