3 Star Hotels in Phuket, Thailand

The hotel is about 300m from the beach and 100m from a main road along Patong Beach. The breakfast is good and has many choices, with inside and outside tables and chairs. The staff is friendly and the reception manager tries to accommodate special requests. The rooms and facilities are clean. The pool closes a bit early at 6 pm.

I took pot luck on the hotel based on previous reports and very glad I did! Hotel is very clean with excellent rooms, private pool and attached restaurant. I found all staff to be extremely friendly and eager to help with any enquiries. Hotel is set back off the main road slightly so does not suffer from excessive noise even at night. Good location for both the excellent beaches (all with lifeguard patrols), and many restaurants and bars. I will definitely use this hotel whenever I return. Highly recommended.

Everything fine except it was raining non stop for the few days I was there

The hotel was close to the beach and the shops without being in a noisy location. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

This hotel is good for a cheap version of a budget holiday. Because it is new, the rooms are still in a relatively good condition, although the first signs of zero maintenance are already apparent. Big advantage is that the hotel is located just 10 min stroll away to the big shopping centre. But if you want to go to the beach you have to walk 30 min, or pay 200 baht for a taxi. Adjacent to it is a small FamilyMart, which is very convenient. But if you are a food or coffee connoisseur or expect something more than just a street view or facing the plain side wall of the neighbouring hotel, than this place is not going to live up to your expectations. If you speak mandarin you will get by with almost everyone, but 99% of the staff do not speak English. Actually the situation is the same with almost all other hotels in this neighborhood.

We had an excelent stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and also the room very very clean. We recomand this hotel!

The hotel is pretty much like new. Nice clean airy room. Breakfast was pretty good. Only a few minutes walk from the beach. I was planning to use the gym but that wasn't very good. Apart from that I was very happy with my stay. it was good value for money but I think I got a good price. If I ever go back to Karon beach then I'm going back there. I got a parking ticket on my bike and it was locked up, the staff were kind enough to lend me a bike to go and pay the fine which was nice of them. Next time I'll park in their car park!
