Tra le palme e il rumore degli uccellini, appena arrivi ti senti subito in Thailandia. Le mangrovie sono bellissime da vedere. Il servizio è eccezionale e anche la pulizia. Abbiamo cenato due volte al ristorante e i prezzi sono nella media rispetto agli altri ristoranti di Phuket. Die Laken und das Moskitonetz fleckig; die Bettüberzüge und die Handtücher zerschlissen und löchrig. Die Klimaanlage ist laut, wie auch der Strassenlärm von der vielbefahrenen Straße, der besonders in den Deluxe Zimmern stört. Das Frühstück war okay; wird aber nach 3 Tagen eintönig. Die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind etwas überhöht. Der Service ist okay, wenn es auch nicht möglich war, einen Airportpickup zu organisieren. Das erste E-Mail dazu wurde 3 Tage nicht beantwortet und dann war ich mit dem zweiten E-Mail zu spät, weil dafür bräuchte man 24 Stunden Vorlauf (!!). Der Pool wurde in 4 Tagen nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt und im Meer schwimmen ist fast nicht möglich, weil tagsüber meist Ebbe ist. The only challenge was that there were no restaurant options nearby. The best solution was to rent one of the motorbikes on site which gave then gave us more options to get to other beach and restaurants not too far away but not within walking distance. It was dirty and unsanitary. The bathroom was sandy and covered in stains. The towels were yellow. The "pool" outside of our resort was covered in dirt. The door would not lock and it was continuously making noises. After making complaints to the front desk, he was not apologetic what so ever. He called the manager and she was also very unfriendly and did not apologize for the inconvenience they have caused. We had to check out early because they were not accommodating and the rooms looked like a prison cell. They made us pay an additional 1200 baht per night just to add an additional bed to the room. The additional bed was placed on a piece of metal frame that looked like it came from a hospital. After sleeping there for just one night it caused my friends and I rashes. The location is extremely far from everything. It costed us 1,100 baht one- way just to get to Patong Beach.The beach at the resort itself was also disgusting and dirty. This is the worst place you could possibly stay. Picturesque resort in which to wind down! Serene surroundings, beautifully clean and modern accommodation with all amenities, friendly helpful staff and beautiful food at the restaurant. Be aware (as the name suggests) the resort is situated on a mangrove beach, so not for swimming, however the pool is lovely!
