The expected facilities were non existent and I think it barely deserves three stars. The parking facility in the front of the hotel is good for 3-4 rooms.. Expedia, why you are not testing the properties and providing an honest description and verification of their claims? It is the third time in Thailand that those claims have been proved inaccurate and misleading in some cases as well. We expect Expedia to provide an honest audit and not to work in cahoots with some problematic facility owners. It’s unacceptable! After an half hour debate with the hotel I was updated and the window was behind the toilet bowl, with a patio doors to the front. You are a foot step from the water, but you really don’t want to dip one single toe. Especially as the village boats are next to you and it looks like this is where the village drainage pipes goes. This is not the place to go if you want to swim and bath. They offered a canoe to go to the beach on an island on the other side of harbour, when we asked for a beach. The pool area looks good at pictures, but the pool was way to small for adults, and no umbrellas or mattresses. The restaurant and bar was closed and it’s only one small restaurant in the area. No tap water when we arrived, no safe that actually worked and a poor AC. The staff was friendly and tried to fix all, but the entire feeling was that this place is not for customers. Even though we had paid for two nights, we moved after an hour. J’avais pas d’eau chaude et pas de wi-fi. Je suis resté tout le séjour à me laver avec de l’eau froide et sans wi-fi. J’ai également attrapé des boutons suite aux draps qui n’était pas changé tous les jours où qui était mal lavé il y avait des odeurs et de l’humidité dans la salle de bain. Mon séjour a été assez trophique. Kadun äänet eivät kuitenkaan haitanneet kun astui sisäpihalle. Siellä hyvin hoidettu pieni puutarha, uima-allas ja merinäköala palmuineen loi mukavaa tunnelmaa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja hyvin avuliasta. Yksinkertaisen aamiaisen sai erikseen pyydettäessä. Quiet location which was what we wanted for our stay but this meant limited food choices locally. WiFi signal was terrible Breakfast was average at best Swimming pool was dirty i was told I would get a courtyard room on my booking and I got a dark room off the hallway instead . The room was excellent, and breakfast was also good. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, But I can honestly say this has been such a wonderful experience. Das Hotel ist sauber und bietet als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für kurze Zeit einen gute Wahl. Es liegt direkt an einer kleinen viel befahrenen Straße und liegt etwas abgelegen, daher nur zum ausruhen gedacht. Das Frühstück, das bei uns inbegriffen war, war einfach und eher asiatisch mit Reis und Nudeln. We had room 100, which is 5 steps from the pool, and a great window view in the room looking across the water. We had breakfast included, which was fruit, toast (nice thicker sliced brown bread), jam and also you could have muesli and eggs / bacon ... plus tea / coffee / juice. The pool is not big, but when we stayed, there was maybe 6 other guests at most, so it was fine for us. We had the pool all to ourselves. The room was great, clean, bright, great styling (kind of a Greek feel to the decor ~ lots of Blue and White used throughout the place). The AC worked well - our room had the morning to midday sun hitting the window side (facing the water), so we kept the heavy curtains closed up until around 10, then just had the sheer curtains in place until the afternoon ... we then pushed them back when in the room for a great view across the water. The staff were great - very helpful and happy people. Out in the street, you have directly across the road a huge 24 hour supermarket, to the left of that you have a great local eatery (look for the big happy smiling lady cook that own the place with her husband) - this was the best Thai food we had while in Phuket ... then back on the same side of the road as the hotel (to your left out of the hotel) is a great Pub with good food. Across the road (and left) is a basic shop type massage / spa. There is a laundry close by as well, just ask the staff. ##### Geoffrey Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2017 ### 10/10 Excellent #### tiankuo Oct 9, 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 临海居所超赞！ 非常令人难忘！避开了喧嚣的人群，深入泰国的乡村生活。幽静的环境，开门就是沙滩！旁边的礁石在潮起潮落下，各种海物可以捉。满地的海螺和贝壳，中小螃蟹超级多。甚至还看到了几个海肠、海参和皮皮虾！早餐很好吃，在二楼临海处。十分想再来！ ##### tiankuo Stayed 1 night in Oct 2017 ### 10/10 Excellent #### 知子, osaka.japan Feb 2, 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### とてもゆっくりできるところ 飛行場からは離れているしプーケットタウンから１５分くらいと分かっていたのでエクスペディアの送迎を頼みました。初めてだったので不安がなくよかったです。清潔な部屋長めのの良いプールサイド海辺ですが泳げません。カヤックができます。食事は朝だけしかやってません。隣のムーンハウスでいつでも食事できます。何を食べてもおいしかったです。貧乏旅行なのですがたまに贅沢はと近くの五つ星のプルマンホテルで一日遊べるという券500バーツを払いプールサイドシーサイドランチを食べたりして一日遊びました。ほてるのひとが１００バーツで送ってくれますが歩いても15分くらいです。水族館あたりも眺めのいいところにありレストランもあるので行くとよい良いですよ。ホテルの人達はみな親切です。ピピ島のワンデイトリップに参加しましたが期待以下でいかないでここでゆっくりしたほうが良かったと思いました。多分ピピ島は滞在して遊ぶと良いのかなと思います。。 ##### 知子 ### 6/10 Okay #### 2happygirls Jan 25, 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort #### Pretty but in the middle of nowhere This is a nice hotel, but you are miles away from anything, and it costs you every time you leave. You either need your own transport or enjoy walking for miles, which was okay for us. It's about a 30 minute walk to the aquarium and pubs and restaurants. There is a little village and local beach but it is a good walk/hike and consists of blind corners, so be aware of traffic. Across the road from the German restaurant (which is two doors down) is a wonderful local Thai restaurant run by a lovely woman who greets you every time she walk past, whether you go in and eat or are just having a stroll. Herself and her father always have a big smile, food is fresh, plentiful and cheap. L endroit est isole mais file a trouve. Batiment est recent et en excellent etat. Il y une piscine a l interieur de l hotel avec possibilite de faire du kayak. Location de scooter possible. Seulement petit dejeuner disponible.2 restaurants a 5 min a pieds avec trea bonne cuisine thai.
