Everytimw I ordered room service cutlery wasn’t included when it was necessary to eat my meal. The shower door didn’t close properly nor the the shower head stay in place.

This is my 2nd stay here. First was in 2019, and now 2023, it is still in as good condition as it was in 2019. The property is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food choices is plentiful, delicious and decently priced. Will be happy to stay here again soon!

This resort is really absolutely sublime. It was my second time here and it's just as amazing as my first time, if not better. Please keep in mind that this resort is for rest, relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall your well-being, hence their name, and it's located in an area that is quite isolated and far away from all the main attractions and tourist traps (which I freaking loved), there aren't a lot of shops/restaurants around and zero tourist sites, tours, clubs/party nightlife close by. However, there is a tourist information centre directly across the hotel resort where you can book and arrange tours and activities if you wish to do so but have to do so a day in advanced. So please beware of this fact, if that's what you are truly seeking, partying/nightlife, tourist activities, etc., then keep in mind this hotel resort is not catered for that and might not be for you. For some people as well, you might need to rent a scooter or car to get around if you're seeking to explore more, but I rented a bicycle for $5 (for the whole day) from the hotel anytime I just wanted to pop to the local 7/11 to get snacks or more bottles of water or beer. All-in-all, this place is truly amazing, A resort, with everything that you could want and need for a nice, relaxing, peaceful, and tranquil holiday. This resort was beyond excellent, immaculate, impeccable, phenomenal, sublime, and suited my every need, will definitely return again without a shadow of a doubt!

No room service after 10:30 p.m Staff isn’t so friendly. Room cleaning isn’t that good. The area is amazing but, it’s a long drive to some more active areas.

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing, and the hotel was very safe. We loved the gym and the outdoor pools. We had the two-bedroom suite, and it was perfect for our family of 5. I only wish the breakfast had more food options for people who don’t eat pork. Fortunately, there are supermarkets close by, so cooking was effortless, and when we didn’t want to cook, we ordered room service, which had delicious food options. I will come back here again with my family. I would also recommend renting a car because there is free onsite parking for hotel guests.

Resort was amazing! Super clean and staff is attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay as I was able to go to the spa for a massage, go to the gym and utilize their other amenities such as the pools. The food was good as well.
