We had 3 rooms at this resort and we all loved it. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the roof top pool was amazing with spectacular views. The buffet breakfast had a lot to choose from and the lunch and dinner menu was reasonably priced. I wish that I was still there 😢

Wonderful staff, beautiful rooftop pool, and yummy breakfast. This was a great value for a fabulous 3-day 4-night stay in Phuket. I will stay here again in the future. The bed was very comfortable and rooms are lovely. Warm and friendly staff from trainee all the way to supposedly retired “Sun” made our stay excellent.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful, friendly staff who helped us in so many ways throughout our 1 week stay! Very clean and convenient, although it is located up a steep hill so beware if you have mobility issues. Having the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar ability to service anywhere on the resort including inside of the pool was a huge bonus! We loved ordering lunch on our phones and having it served to our table in the pool or to our room. Laundry services were reasonably priced and done within 24 hours. Breakfast buffet was delicious every morning, no complaints, lots of options. It’s about a 10min walk downhill to the beach as well as 7 eleven and a few restaurants and shops. Quite a bit of a further walk to everything else or a cheap Grab bike ride away. Views from the rooftop pool are beautiful we spent most of our time at the pool! The airport is about an hour drive away from the hotel and from our experience, it was cheaper to pay for the hotel shuttle than to order a car via Grab. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Cute and clean Botique Hotel conveniently located in Karon. We really enjoyed the rooftop swimming and sitting areas. The food at the in house restaurant was excellent and not pricey. Overall the place is good value for money. Please try the massage at the Spa while staying there.

We stayed at Pacific Club Resort for a week and had an excellent experience from start to finish. After arriving from Bangkok, we arranged a hotel shuttle which was very comfortable and made the transfer easy—we were even able to rest on the way. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. We were welcomed with fresh pineapple juice and cold towels, and were pleasantly upgraded to an ocean-view room, which made our stay even more special. The resort itself is peaceful, lush, and feels like a true escape—perfect after the energy of Bangkok. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Louis at reception, who was especially attentive and made everything feel seamless. We ordered room service on our first night and were impressed with the quality—fresh and very flavorful. We also tried the spa during our stay and would highly recommend it—it was a highlight of our trip. We didn’t end up using the gym, as we spent most of our time walking and visiting nearby fitness street, which was a great experience in itself. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. It offers a calm, elevated atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is excellent! The rooms are big and beautiful, and the service and staff are excellent! I worked with the staff and they went above and beyond to handle my request! Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and would help in any way possible. They would recommend tours/transfers and then book them. Food was great in the restaurant and the roof top pool is a good place to go at the end of the day with drinks and food available. The hotel is off the main road a couple of blocks which makes it very quiet but yet close enough to walk to the beach or shops. Or take a Tuk Tuk from the door, staff will arrange it. Excellent place to stay for your visit.

This hotel was wonderful. From the moment you check in you are greeted by such friendly staff who are there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The food in the restaurant is great and reasonably priced, and so is the breakfast. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and would stay here again! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach and gorgeous sunset views from the hotel rooftop pool. Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful time in Phuket!

We wisten dat het een goed hotel moest zijn, volgens de reviews. Echter na een paar dagen concluderen we al dat het gewoonweg uitstekend is. Het is niet alleen het goede ontbijt, maar ook het restaurant, de perfecte ligging van het zwembad, dat je overal alles kunt laten bezorgen in het hotel. Wat ons hart het meest gestolen heeft is dat we vanaf ‘s morgens tot en met avond in totaal drie keer verrast werden met felicitaties voor mijn vriends verjaardag. Het personeel steelt de show door hun vriendelijkheid en service ! Bedankt voor de fijne vakantie !!!

Had a lovely stay here at Pacific Club Resort! Thank you to Mr Sun and all the friendly staff to accommodate us and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious. All made fresh! The rooms were beautiful and the bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept in, and the resort itself is very beautiful with its Mediterranean style look. Location is very good only 10 mins walk to the beach and actually great value for price for our stay in Phuket! Very clean and maintained! Overall we really loved staying here and we’ll be back!
