We booked an ocean view room for our honeymoon. I requested floral decor from Expedia rep to surprise my wife, and was told that the request was passed on to the hotel. Well, we didn't get that, which is a little disappointing. But the elevator was out for 8 of the 9 days we stayed at the hotel, and we had to climb up and down the stairs for 4 floors everytime we wanted to go somewhere. No timeline was given as to when it'll be fixed but rather complementary drinks which could only be ordered at the restaurant meaning we had to go downstairs again. The restaurant was clean but did not taste good, and was ridiculously overpriced. I wouldn't stay at this resort again.

Great staff, that’s the difference between most properties is the staff, they are courteous, always smiling and help clients with any needs. Also rooms are clean, no bugs seen or heard in room. The pool is amazing, the views, the only critique and it’s small is shuttle to beach is only 2x a day. Should be every hour on the hour considering distance (10 minute walk mostly downhill but walk back is tough so take shuttle or taxi. Again 5/5 stars

This place was amazing! The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Next time I’m in Phuket I will definitely stay here!

I booked 3 hotels while in Phuket and I like this one the most because the room is so spacious, it has a full-size fridge and a huge balcony. It has a restaurant, sauna and spa. I had a massage but didn't have a good experience but yet I paid a lot more when compared to outside. I will recommend this hotel though because it's clean and staff are nice.

I loved this place! The service and grounds were amazing, and the people were sooo friendly! I will stay here again for sure. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The restaurant in the hotel was really good and the breakfast was yummy. The pool on the roof was quiet and clean, and they served meals and drinks there, too. I absolutely recommend this place!
