Gather the whole crew—from toddlers to laptop-toting adults—in this three-suite haven that delivers privacy when you want it and poolside together-time when you don’t.

Outdoor Fun
Private, heated pool (88 °F on request) inside a 6-ft fence—perfect for safe play and late-night swims. Plenty of outdoor living space both in the sun and covered space. Enjoy a book on the covered porch while it rains, lay by the pool and work on your tan, eat at one of multiple outdoor table options.

Natural-gas grill + shaded patio dining (no propane runs).

Driveway fits four vehicles. (Beach gear may be on-site from prior guests, but we don’t list it as an amenity.)

Reunion Weekend

Had a weekend get together with old fraternity brothers and the property couldn’t have been better! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and so convenient to the beach. Already trying to plan a return visit next year.

What a house

This house was amazing. The location is literally 40 steps to the beach. The pool was great and clean. The house is huge and offers so much privacy from your group. Owners were great to deal with. Out of all of the places I’ve stayed in PCB, this was my favorite and it’s not even close.

Updated, clean and efficient !! Very nice to be able to separate the three different family groups. The fence and gate helped us private. Afternoon shade on part of pool was a blessing for those of us that don't spent that much time in the SUN.

Panama City Beach Family Vacation

Everything regarding the listing for this property was 100% accurate. It was very spacious, clean, one block from the beach and a very short drive to numerous restaurants. Nick was very quick in responding to all inquiries. There were not any issues with the check in directions and door codes. That location was relatively quiet and very relaxing. Both kitchens on the property were fully stocked with all small appliances and cooking utensils. Overall it was a great stay. I would highly recommend this location if you have a large group.

Silvers Sand Beach

We appreciate Nick for allowing us to stay at this location for our bachelor trip! There was more than enough space for 10 guys! We really love that the house is broken up into different sections! Very nice house, in a nice location, with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach!
