This second-floor condo is located in the Village of South Walton Beach, a complex with an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and several restaurants and eateries on its grounds. You'll have dedicated beach access through the Sunset Beach HOA just up 30A, which you can reach via the tram that stops half a block away, every 20 minutes.

As you step inside this centrally air-conditioned studio, you'll be struck by the generous amount of space and light. Hang your beach towels by the door, fix cold drinks and snacks in the kitchenette, and sit down at the table to enjoy them beneath a crystal chandelier.

After a day spent riding bikes on the Timpoochee Trail or swimming in the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, unwind in the evening by watching movies on the cable TV and sharing photos via the complimentary WiFi. Additional features of the condo include a comfortable bed and a full bathroom.

Ok place, great location

The location is perfect, close to public beach access, food spots, etc. The place itself was okay. Some of our bed linens and towels had stains, the couch seemed dirty and the bed sheets were 3 super thin sheets so wasn’t very comfortable. Would probably look to stay somewhere else if we came back.

Lovely unit

Lovely unit! Nicely decorated, spacious, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the a/c doesn’t cool below 74 degrees so always felt too warm. Located in a very busy commercial area. Great walkability to restaurants, shopping, and beach. However, many people congregate here and it’s very crowded and loud. Also, you do not receive a parking pass so parking can be an issue.

The Village king suite

The unit and location are perfect. However, it lacks central air conditioning and instead has a wall unit, resulting in inadequate airflow. While the dining and living areas are cooled, the sleeping area is not. The ceiling fan is positioned over the living area but would be more effective over the sleeping area. Additionally, the noise from the unit above is excessive. Although this isn't the fault of this unit, I recommend using a background sound machine at night. The upstairs neighbors wake up early (6 am) and it can sound like a herd of elephants.

We loved this studio apartment so much. We stayed here for our anniversary trip and it was the perfect location and so nice. We didn’t want to leave!
