Whether you're sipping coffee with a view, walking to sunset dinners at Pier Park, or playing in the waves just steps from your door, Sea-Jay invites you to relax, recharge, and make lifelong memories.
No smoking inside the home.
No outside guests allowed at any time.
No events, receptions, dinner parties, gatherings of outside members. Guests must reach out to host to request an exception to this rule.
Children must never be left unattended.
All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.
Pets are OK
-No more than 2 pets.
-Exceptions only upon approval from management & additional fee being paid (must be paid)
-Pets are not allowed in the home alone without being in a crate/kennel.

Great family vacation

Great location, dog beach. Right next to pier park! A little cramped for 9 but we made it work. Awesome place and great view.

Spring break 2024

Outta my 4 years of going to Panama City beach this has by far been my favorite place to stay. The location is amazing right beside pier park, they also are dog friendly and have a dog beach right across the road. The host was quick to answer and question I had. Highly recommend yall check them out

Loved Sea Jay

Sea Jay was perfect. The locations couldn't have been better for a family traveling with a pet, right across from the dog beach. We were within walking distance of Pier Park and beach volleyball. Honestly, I can't think of a negative about the house or it's location. We had an issue with the fire alarm that the property manager resolved very quickly. The property manager was awesome! Have already reached out to book our next dates.

A great house for a family!

What a great place for a family to stay! We had an 6 month old, an 3 year old and (2) parents and (2) grandparents. Everyone had their own space to relax and enjoy. The house had everything we could have ever needed - including a pack and play for the baby. The view from the top floor was beautiful. We were conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and groceries. And, it was such an easy walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was such a nice addition. It made it easy to rinse all the sand off before going in. Thank you for having the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for us to use. We are already planning a return trip!

Absolutely Outstanding!!!

First off the location, across the street from the beach, just feet from public beach access 60. To make it even better, its just a short walk to Pier Park and everything that brings with it. Finally, like oysters? Its next to one of the local favorites, Dusty. Now the house, it is clean, with amenities, from top to bottom. Forgot something at home, no problem, they more than likely have it there for you. The 2nd and 3rd floor balconies have great views of the ocean. This house is not just thrown together, everything appears to be meticulously selected to provide a 5 star experience. After many stays in the PCB, 30A, Destin area, this has been the best.

Panama City Beach

The house was amazing! Closeness to the beach was definitely ideal! The stairs gave us much needed cardio! Everything was clean and functional and so warm and inviting! Will be staying here again in the future!
