Welcome to Island Girl! Immaculately clean! 4 bedroom single family home just steps from the beach. This spectacular home has TWO master bedrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - both with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a bunk room with four XL twin beds. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

The pool is private and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Fenced backyard. with covered patio and table for outside dining. Gas grill is available in backyard.

We provide lots of fluffy towels in each bathroom and all bed linens.

Beach Chair and umbrella service included in rental (15 Mar to 15 Oct)! There are four additional beach chairs at the property you can bring to the beach. We provide you a wagon to help carry the load to the sand. We also provide all your beach towels.

Private parking for up to six cars and a PRIVATE pool with a sun shelf. Cable and fastest secure internet package offered in our area provided. TVs in master bedrooms and living area.

Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need - pots, pans, dishes, utensils (except spices). Keurig coffee maker and a teapot to get your morning off to a great start before a day at the beach. We provide a few coffee pods to get you started on your first day. Drip coffee pot can be provided upon request.

Several restaurants are within walking distance. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Uber and Lyft are available in Panama City Beach.

Walmart and Publix's supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive from your vacation paradise AND they DELIVER to your door.

TWO separate AC units keep you cool on each level.

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 young kids and this place was perfect. Tucked from some of the noisier spots in town but close to attractions and, best of all, entrance to the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Jessica was a very responsive and communicative host. We’d come back again!

Loved every second of our stay here!! The house is so nice and is kept up so well. Everything in the house is organized and labeled for the guests’ connivence. The private pool is the perfect size and the house is such an easy walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. Overall incredible stay. 12 college girls had the best time at Island girl!!! Gorgeous pool and spacious living areas, not to mention immaculate cleanliness of the property!! We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for our girl’s trip for a Beach Bachelorette Bash. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the showers were large. Island Girl is a fabulous house just a short walk to the beach. The owner has everything that you could possibly want or need. Do not over pack. It’s truly all covered! Our family of 12 enjoyed the trip so much. The pool and bunk room were a big hit with our six grandkids. All of the beds and bedding were so comfortable. The home is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The home was beautifully decorated and immaculate! Jessica, the owner, went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. It’s a short walk to the beach, and the kids loved the private pool! The gas grill was used daily. The owner provided extra beach chairs, a wagon, sand toys and beach towels! The washer and dryer were great to have. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is Gorgeous!!! The walk to the Beach is really short! The private pool is small but really nice and worked out great for us!! In the shed there are 4 chairs, 3 boogie boards, sand toys and some other things so check in there before you go buy things. This house has everything u need- even cute fish plates for outdoors!!! I really hope our family can stay here again!!!

Very pleased with our vacation in this house! The house is very nice, clean, a 3 minute walk to the beach, and within walking distance of several restaurants. Owner provides many extra conveniences not normally found with other properties.......the provided beach towels and beach chairs saved us alot of space by not having to pack these items. The beach cart was also a nice extra! The check in and check out procedures were super easy and we were even notified when the house was ready a couple of hours prior to actual check in time! Owner was extremely responsive to any inquiries we may have had. We would definitely stay here again!

I booked this trip for my extended family (12 people) and everyone was incredibly impressed with how nice the house is and how much space we had even with our big group. The owner has labels everywhere, so it is easy to find things. There are plenty of dishes and cookware, all in great condition, much better than most VRBOs. Owner also provides plenty of bath and beach towels. Very short walk to beautiful beach that is public but not crowded. Beach chair service with 2 chairs included. We also loved having a private pool. Owner very responsive to questions. This was an ideal family vacation spot and I would definitely love to stay here again.

We came down 8/23-8/28 for my bachelorette trip and the Island girl was the absolute best place to stay. The beds are super comfy and I personally slept in the bunk room and it was like sleeping on a cloud in there ! Tons of space for everyone and all our luggage. Our host was easy to contact and very attentive if you had any questions. There was enough beach towels and bath towels for everyone. All the indoor and outdoor cooking supplies you could ever need. It was a nice short walk to the beach so you can easily go to the beach and or head back up to the pool without lugging stuff around. The house is located close to so many good restaurants and things to do . I highly recommend staying here , I know I will be back ! Thank you again Jennifer for such and amazing stay and an amazing experience for such a special trip !
