Perfect for a couple

Very relaxing getaway at nice condo, perfect for a couple! 2 bathrooms (so you don’t have to share, lol). Great location, clean facilities, highly recommend.

Relaxing getaway

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this property (different units) and we plan on going back. We love the property and can deal with the small issues to enjoy the pet friendly stay with direct beach access. The staff took care of AC issue quickly and we were happy with the service provided. The bedroom windows need blackout curtains or something to block the hallway and entry lights at night. It’s very bright in the bedroom at night with just the blinds. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony provided a great view (but beware of the palm trees that block the view from some units). The new ramp was great and the pools are nice.

Our Favorite Condo 2nd stay

We stayed in the largest unit during Covid with more people and it was beautiful. My husband wanted to try to be more in the crowd of people so we tried a few different condos closer to Pier Park and one house for a few years. We brought our pups this time and it was perfect for the 2 adults and 1 child. We love the parking and that is a main reason we like it so much. We have had issues with parking for years. This is definitely our spot from now on. We always go for the 4th, a family tradition started years ago. The dogs are not allowed on the beach but they have a dog area for potty breaks and they are allowed on the park at Pier Park and a few more spots. Our favorite crepe place is right across the street which was another plus.

Great time in PCB

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time in PCB. November was great. No crowds anywhere! +We had a lovely beach front condo with a heated swimming pool and indoor hot tub. Staff at Anchor Management was very helpful providing information for local restaurants and activities. Dog walk was a bit far from the building, but provided a nice grassy spot for their relief. We were very pleased with everything and will likely return next year.

REVIEW OF PELICAN WALK UNIT 402

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband & I rented this unit for 4 weeks. We were satisfied. It was clean & allowed our 2 small dogs. Heated pool was not working but could still use the pool. Hot tub located inside is showing its age. We did not realize TV was not working properly. We just thought owner of the unit had limited package so nothing to watch. If assistance required (i.e. garburator backed up & noisy bathroom fan), maintenance showed up upon minutes. Would recommend this location & unit.

Great staff, from the front desk to the maintenance department. Excellent location on the less busy end of Panama City Beach but with plenty of food and drink options fairly close by. And pickle ball courts right on site are a great plus.

The resort has everything you need except for a workout facility while oddly having a racquetball court that no one uses. Converted that to a workout room would make Pelican Walk perfect.

You can see the sunset from the balcony but you also don't have the afternoon sun making it completely unbearable to sit on the balcony since the building blocks some of it, that was different from other places I've stayed. The elevators were fast, even when folks were checkin in. Overall the place was great and we will be back.

Quiet location-units need upgrades & deep clean.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Pelican Walk & we chose it because it was dog friendly. The location is out of the hustle & bustle & quiet and the beach is never crowded. The unit is very outdated & needs a good deep clean. We had to use Clorox wipes on the light switches, toilet paper holders, refrigerator handles, doorknobs, inside bathroom drawers/cabinets etc. to feel like they were clean enough. The living room rug smelled like urine & when we lifted a corner up you could see urine spots on the bottom of it. The patio door didn’t lock & the weatherstripping for the front door was in the closet - my husband installed it in about 3 minutes. There is an area in the master bedroom ceiling that is coming loose above the bed. The shower door has no bottom tracking to hold in place and flops while sliding open/closed. Very disappointed & will not choose this “resort” in the future.

Relaxing at the Beach

very relaxing stay on the Beach with a Great & relaxing view. Very clean upon arrival and property managers were great to work with and very communicative. Unit privacy could improve as the patio blinds still missing slats. A small table would be nice to add to patio for games and small meals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent several days there with our 2 little Yorkies! Thankful for owners that allow us to bring our fur babies with us. The unit was nice, smelled fresh and clean and had everything we needed. No problems with the elevator, it was fast and no long wait. It was just the two of us, I’d say the only thing about the unit would be if someone was with us that needed to sleep on the sleeper sofa, there were several vertical pieces missing on the blinds going onto the patio, which may make it difficult to sleep after the sun comes up. We were pleased and will definitely stay there again. The pet fee is a little pricey, but again thankful for a place to bring our boys!

Nice but needs fixings

The location was nice and the condo had a nice layout but, for the price you pay, a few things really need to be looked into. The non refundable pet deposit needs to be used to either clean the rug in living room or get a new one….smells like pee and poop really bad!! Someone needs to instruct the cleaning crew on how to clean…stove, it’s filthy and some eyes don’t work. There is an inch of dust everywhere and showers are disgusting! The ceiling fan in master bedroom does not work and sometimes starts to run slowly..seems like electrical issue, dangerous. Lastly, the blinds don’t close at all in family room. Just fyi…there is a Krups coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster and blow dryers ….. that’s it. The beach was beautiful and the grounds where nicely taken care of. Grill worked great and tennis courts and shuffleboard was nice to have.

Can't Wait to Come Back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time staying here and we hope to keep coming back. The location is perfect being a little ways down from all the tourist type attractions, but not to far from restaurants and stores. You couldn't ask for a better beach, but you better plan on getting up early to get your spot. Having the pool right there is very convenient and the staff does a great job keeping that area clean. The condo is the just right size and affords a great view of the beach. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen all you need to do is stock the fridge. And i would be remiss if I didn't mention how the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

The only amenities we could have asked for was a bigger coffee maker and a dining table on the balcony. Other than that our stay was fabulous!!!
