Villas at Sunset Beach is a gated and security manned neighborhood. Just steps through the cobblestone streets lined with palm trees you will arrive at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Heated Gulf front pool and the most amazing Sunsets! "Sunset Blvd " (aka 'Happy Hour')

This home is situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach communities. All of which are within a leisurely walking/biking distance of Sunset Blvd home. Our home is steps away with shopping, entertainment, restaurants, adventures or anything you need to make your stay amazing on 30A!

This luxurious home was remodeled and professionally decorated in 2022 by TSP Designs. The moment you arrive you will enjoy the new beautiful cobblestone driveway and patio with covered swing. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Lush landscaping and lighting. Features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms with an open modern and relaxing floor plan. Every room has 60-inch brand new smart tv’s, furniture and luxury bedding. High end fixtures throughout, Nest thermostat, travertine floors downstairs and wood floors upstairs. All stainless-steel appliances with a fully equipped kitchen. Your choice of Keurig or 12 cup coffee maker. The modern all white Tulip dining table seats four and two counter height chairs for dining.

The First floor opens spacious living and dining floor plan. Master with king-size bed and French double doors opening to a private outdoor patio with a modern fire-pit and chairs. Perfect spot for relaxing or nighttime drinks by the fire. Washer and dryer located on the main floor with a full travertine shower bathroom.

The second floor has two upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen-bed and full private travertine bathtub/shower. Take in the full French double doors that open to a full outdoor patio seating area. The covered patio is strung with lights that change colors and modern seating to relax and enjoy the nighttime ambience. Breathtaking view of the palm trees along with the sound and smell of the ocean breeze. The third pristine bedroom has two twin size beds, a large dresser and full private travertine bathtub/shower.

Great Beach Vacation

Very nice, well-equipped house, in a great location. The beach is only steps away, and the owner gave us lots of good information in advance of our stay which helped in preparing for the stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved this house! Easy walk to the beach. Very charming and clean! Owner was very responsive and clear about details. Everything was in walking distance had bikes and boogie boards! Teens loved it! We are booking this same home next summer! Highly recommend!

close to the beach

We enjoyed our week at the beach despite having rain for half the week. The house was clean and beds were super comfy. The downstairs bathroom is quite small but we made do. It was SO nice being steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, fresh. Very small master bathroom but kids loved their tubs and the upstairs porch. The owner was very communicative via text and even in setting up chairs on the beach. Appreciated that!

Perfect location!

We are a family of 4 with two little boys. The host was extremely helpful when it came to suggesting ideas to help make the stay as easy as it could be with toddlers. The location was the perfect spot between Rosemary and Alys, easily able to bike to all the local beach towns. The walk down to the beach was also very quick and easy. We rented chairs from Dolce Vida and the host provided some beach towels. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for spring break

Perfect location in Seacrest. Well stocked kitchen and grill, nice patio. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of foot traffic out the windows with beachgoers, so if privacy is your thing, this may not be the place for you. The condo is smaller than the pictures suggest, so 3 teenagers and 2 adults will feel tight depending on how much time you spend indoors. The location just steps from the beach can't be beat. Nice to not have to deal with the shuttle from across 30A.

Great trip to Rosemary Beach!

The house was great and really close to the beach, Alys, and Rosemary. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. The host was super responsive and made sure we had bicycles and beach chairs set up well in advance. The concierge Todd was also great to work with and very responsive. We would love to go back again!
