DETAILS: Blu Manor is a lovely 1-bedroom-with-Loft, 1-bathroom Rosemary Beach Carriage House that
sleeps 4. Located south of 30A, Blu Manor is steps from Rosemary’s Coquina Pool, beach
access, restaurants, the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club, and shopping.

The Carriage House is professionally decorated in navy blue and white and has a balcony
overlooking the neighborhood. A kitchenette provides everything hungry guests need and seats
3 at a dine-in island. A comfortable living area is designed with conversation in mind. Guests
can sit back, relax in a collection of armchairs, and watch their favorite shows on a large flat-
screen TV. Hidden behind a pocket door and curtain is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and
a bathroom with a shower.

A spiral stair leads up to a spacious loft with a king bed and an adorable cushioned window
seat.

Guests can easily explore Rosemary Beach and 30A’s bike path on 2 included adult bikes.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Perfect Location!

A perfect stay for our family of 3. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool was right beside our property. Everything was convenient and clean! The only thing that could be improved was the comfort of the living room furniture. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location

The carriage house was well appointed and cared for. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner cooled well. The best pet was the location which was right next to one of the pools and very close to the beach, but wasn’t heavy traffic in the area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend.

So lovely!!

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend in the carriage house and had a wonderful time. It was very clean, stocked with everything we needed, and only one block away from private beach access entrance. Having access to two bikes was a welcome addition. We love Rosemary Beach and plan to return to this property soon!

Parking ticket

Our only complaint would be the parking as there’s not a space for those staying in the carriage house. The garage was used by guests in the main house. The last night my husband parked in a space that was clearly marked for parking, not with a sign that said no parking. The next morning he went to get the car and had a $50 fine. He took a picture to show that he was legally parked but hasn’t found who he should contact about it.
