« A mon arrivée j'avais précisé que la note avait été réglée, pour payer les éventuels repas ou petits déjeuners, j'ai laissé l'empreinte de ma carte de crédit. Le lendemain de mon arrivée le montant du séjour a été à nouveau prélevé. J'ai eu des frais et le montant prélevé n'a pas été totalement remboursé... Très désagréable d'autant plus que le budget est à respecter. Difficile à trouver peu d'indications, faut avoir un gps et encore !!!! »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Road Hale while visiting family outside. The unit was very clean and felt very safe. Jordan was very communicative. Even though the unit is on the back of their main residence, it felt very private and we never saw or heard anyone. We've stayed in other rental units in the area and this was our best experience. The A/C units worked great and were an upgrade over several of the other units in the area! We would definitely stay here again! »

« We unfortunately were not able to stay at this property due to the lack of air conditioning. We reasonably expected some form of A/C given the warm and humid climate, but this was not mentioned in the listing.Because of medical conditions, air conditioning is a requirement for us, not just a preference.
