BRAND NEW 2023 country home! 2-bedroom 2-bath home bordering large ranches and 200 private acres of BLM. Located 7 miles from the town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado just off of HWY 160. Wildlife and livestock including elk, deer, bear, fox, horses and cattle are seen in the beautiful mountain meadows from the living room window. Amenities include: Bedroom #1 California King, Bedroom #2 Queen Bed, Living room sleeper sofa with full-size memory foam mattress, Full kitchen (cookware, utensils, dishwasher & appliances), a big screen TV, full sized washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi. Private and spacious parking area. The home features a perfect mix of country living and modern charm. *NO PETS and NO MOTORIZED TRAVEL ON BLM. NO Exceptions. An Absolute Gem!!!
This property was like finding a diamond in the rough! We visit the Pagosa area about 5 to 6 times per year. Every time we visit we stay at a different property - some have been OK and some not so good. This place checked every single box we have. The location is incredible. You can get to Pagosa Springs, Bayfield, Ignacio, and all the places in between In a very short amount of time. The property itself is amazing. Next time we visit, we will bring good walking shoes so we can traverse the acres and acres of BLM land that this property has access to. The house itself is beautiful. It’s just the right size for 2 to 4 people. The finishes are superb. The house is very clean and well taken care of. The layout is fantastic. The amenities in the house were nice. The bed was comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and communication through the entire process was fantastic. We are going to keep our eye on this place… Every time we visit we will make our plans around the availability. In fact, one day the owners might just sell and we’d love the opportunity to own this gem!!!

Pagosa Experience
When we walked in the door, our eyes opened wide. This house is so clean and organized, right down to the utensil drawers and the pans. It was exactly as pictured. Every detail seemed to have been thought through. The bed was very comfortable (that is important to us). We loved that it is about 10 to 15 minutes out of Pagosa. It was very quiet and the stars at night were stunning as there were no "city" lights to dim them out. We would stay here again in a heart beat. We loved our stay here.
