BRAND NEW RENOVATED private and romantic guest room with private entrance and small patio. The room is very comfortable, queen bed size, it has its own private bathroom. Everything in the room is brand new. We provide Wi-Fi, work desk & office chair, TV, Netflix, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker with coffee and cream, and variable speed ceiling fan.
Access to several shopping areas, quick access to Downtown Orlando, Universal Studios, to Disney, spring, and other theme parks.

Clean & Near Winter Park, FL
We attended a performance at the Winter Park Playhouse and this location was within 30 minutes of the theater. Our room was very clean, updated and as advertised. We would suggest providing a blanket since the room does not have its own temperature control.

This "place just like home" was the perfect place for our stay. If youre looking for a cozy, comfortable, quite, inexpensive retreat, then this place fits the bill! Ruth, our host, made the stay complete as she is very kind and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The boyfriend wanted to add that the sheets were nice and the bed was comfy! This was a very pleasant stay and we'd definitely stay here again!

Convenient Location
This property was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do while visiting in the Orlando area. Ruth was quick to respond to any questions we may have had before and during our stay. The only suggestion I have is for a few more wash cloths to be available for guests. There were only 2 wash cloths for a 4 night stay. I ended up purchasing a pack of 4 wash cloths at the local Walmart. There were 5 towels provided which was fine depending on how long your stay might be.
