Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by sitting on the plush furniture, carrying on a great conversation, or streaming a movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full and updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. With two King-size beds and a pull-out sofa bed, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. THINGS TO KNOW
Balcony construction will begin on March 31 and will continue through the first week of April. Balcony access will be closed off completely, and workers/equipment will block any views from the balcony as well. Construction will be noisy and produce dust/debris nearby the balcony. Access through the condo will be required to enter the balcony for all construction workers as well.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
