Last minute condo

Our original condo was under construction so they had to make a last minute change an hour before we arrived. Everything about the condo was great with the exception of the Queen bed room. the mattress on the Queen bed needs replaced and the ceiling fan did not work. The dryer takes a couple of cycles to dry a small load but for vacation it works. The on site staff was very friendly and professional and the grounds were well kept.

This condo did not have curtains in the bedrooms.

The clothes dryer took 3 times to dry clothing and towels. That can be very dangerous for the building. There were no curtains in any of the bedrooms. We were in building two with sliding glass doors in each bedroom. People walking to the beach and people from building one could see into our rooms. I contacted Vacasa several times about this issue. They said someone would reach out but no one ever called.

NO Privacy!! Needs updated kitchenware!

The description fails to mention there are NO curtains, NO blinds - nothing!! On top of that it's a second floor and there were workmen all over the complex and the building next door is fairly close. We ended up taping extra sheets and trash bags on the numerous windows/sliding glass doors!! The first morning we called regarding the kitchen sink was not providing hot water! No one ever came (that we knew of). We didn't call about the hall bathroom sink being clogged because we thought we would just have them handle it when they came to fix the kitchen sink. I'm pretty sure I called again to follow up on the first request (curtains/hot water). They said the owner was not required to have window coverings!! The kitchen lacked a lot! Needs updated household goods, cookware and baking-ware. Bedding wasn't all that nice either. The updated renovations were nice though. Location is very good.

Great place for a large crowd

Our room was close to ground level (2nd floor), close to the indoor pool and fitness room. The condo itself is close to the beach. The elevator worked great. The parking was not an issue. The outdoor pool could be better. The dryer in the condo itself needs replacing. Took forever to dry a load of clothes.
