The complex is run by a different company and they prefer if you book directly thru them. The fireplace and the balcony lights weren’t fixed during our stay, despite being it reported for 5 days. There were only enough sheets for 6 people, despite the listing being for 8 people, ie no sheets For the couches. Other than that, the complex is lovely and we enjoyed the amenities quite a bit.

This was our third trip to Orange Beach with each one getting better. The condo was absolutely as advertised and all we hoped for. The parking situation at Turquoise Place is better than the other buildings where we stayed. The location is ideal for us - close to restaurants and shopping. The only complaint about the property is that there are a few small items in need of Maintenace (squeaking doors - especially the dishwasher, and so on. Note: The Keurig coffee maker needs to be replaced. The machine seems to deliver whatever cup size it wants to, regardless of which one was selected. On the last morning. it decided to empty the reservoir contents on its own with no button pushed. That being said, these were very minor inconveniences in an otherwise wonderful Condo. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed at the Turquoise Place during Spring Break. The condo was very spacious, bedrooms/bathrooms were a good size, and it was clean. The property the condo is on was amazing! It is located directly on the beach which gave us easy, quick access. The gym and pools were awesome! Even has a heated indoor pool. Perfect for a family getaway, but wish the price was a little lower during the summer months because I'd love to go back when it's really warm.

Turquoise Place (the resort) is amazing! Tons of amenities. Unit 1606D however need some serious work. Beds are uncomfortable. There were no blankets. Shower in master leaks and the bathmat absorbs nothing. Oven doesn’t heat well. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. The internet code we were given was incorrect. Stained sheets. Front door pneumatic spring broke. Was very disappointed with this unit.

The only thing bad I'd have to say about our stay is that the room pictured with bunk beds has been updated to a full/ queen size. My daughter was slightly disappointed about not having the bunk bed. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

The reserved parking space was right by the elevator in the parking garage, the room was directly off the elevator. Very convenient. The condo was spacious and well decorated. The beds do not have blankets. Strange…. Kitchen appliances and decor could use some upgrades. The outdoor grill needs to be cleaned and a set of grilling/brushing tools need to be there to be able to safely and properly cook/clean the grill. Overall, the room more than met our needs.

The balcony furniture and hot tub were nice but there was mold on the shower curtain and vents, all of the furniture was stained as well as some of the bed spreads, marks on the ceiling and tops of walls like a large ball had been thrown at them, tile on the balcony was repaired with silicone. Most places have complimentary hair dryers and this one did not. Not the best unit we’ve ever stayed at in Turquoise place.

My family loves Turquoise but this unit certainly did not live up to our expectations. First there was water running into our master closet from another shower, there were no bed spreads just sheets on the bed, outside grill was nasty, the hot tub was dirty, there was only seating on the balcony for 5 people, the plungers beside every commode is no coincidence, toilet paper hanger falling of the wall, but the biggest problem was there were no curtains or blinds on the windows!!!!! absolutely no privacy in the master bedroom not to mention sleeping in on vacation was impossible with all the sun light. I will say Vacasa did everything they could to take care of the problems but it maybe a unit they may not want to rent. It's obvious the owners do not care about the property!
