Property is well located close to the airport (15mins away) and nice. Good pool and tasty food options, and great reception/dining/sitting areas. Lack of amenities in the bathroom, like no shampoo and conditioner, otherwise nice clean room with comfortable bed. Sliding door to outside has seen better days. Free airport shuttle is gold. Staff tries, but difficult when few speak English, that said, our Air Coite d’Ivoire flight was delayed by five hours to Abidjan. Discovered this at the airport, and immediately contacted the hotel via what’s app. They picked us up again at the airport and returned us to hotel and allowed us to stay in our room (after having checked out) until departure. Finally bringing us back to the airport. And that was and is FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. So, can say nothing bad about this establishment, as this was above and beyond the norm. I stayed at the hotel recently. The hotel is modern, well maintained and clean, whilst their Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The young girl at the restaurant, Rachelle is always ready to help serve and warm up your food and make you whatever omelettes you want. Breakfast is included for locals and is decent! Televisions in rooms need an upgrade and the music on the rooftop snack bar needs to be turned down a bit. Overall value for money, good pick!

If you book with Expedia, please make a pay attention to your booking. The hotel does not necessarily pay full attention when we checked them we were put into the wrong room until we were able to catch it. The spa was amazing a bit dated, but overall the services were really great. The food was great as well. Service was great. Overall the Internet was terrible. The junior suite was comfortable, however a bit dated if the Internet had worked and the hotel have been kept up-to-date. It would’ve been a five.
