Friendly staff at all locations i stayed at

Clean, friendly good breakfast

Meets my expectations every time

We feel lucky to have such a well-run, superbly clean, conveniently located hotel by Hilton in this area. Its comfortable rooms, lovely hot tub/pool area, patio, bar and, most importantly, incredibly attentive front desk staff make every visit very special and super-enjoyable! Hats off to this property's management and staff. A special Thank You goes to Dani!! We had the privilege of enjoying superb customer service several times - very grateful for all her care and assistance! Cheers to all -...

2nd stay at this hotel, and it has the same comforts as home plus more. Perfect location and hotel staff are exceptional. Best customer service. Will continue to use them for future visits.

Besides a mix up on rooms, the hotel was amazing. Very quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Felt safe and secure.

Other than finding a pair of pantyhose in the room that had been left by the previous guests, our stay was perfect. The water in the pool was nice and warm, and the room was larger than expected! Overall, a great stay! Would stay there again!

The staff was excellent. I was in town for a medical procedure and needed a quiet room. The accommodated me and even upgraded my room. They were always friendly and the room was perfect. We ordered food from the restaurant to take up to our room and it was delicious. You have to get the Parmesan fries.

Great Staff… easy check in. Complimentary Full Breakfast and every night there is 2 free cocktails with plenty of snacks included with your hotel stay between 5-7pm plus you can stay for dinner as they have a great variety of food to chose from. So many extras make the stay the best choice in the area. Been back 3 times already. Best value for what you pay and what you get😎

I have stayed in many of the Toronto (YYZ) airport hotels, and this is by far my favourite. The main reason is the convenience of having the airport terminal train right at the hotel's front door. No need to book a shuttle, or take a taxi. You simply walk from your flight to the train platform in the airport, and it drops you at the hotel, free of charge. Same thing when headed to the airport from the hotel. Very convenient, and the train takes only a few minutes.

The hotel is 8 minutes away from McMaster. The staff are very friendly. We stayed in two queen bed room and it is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the carpet looks new. The room has a fridge and microwave that’s definitely a plus. We heard a bit white noise from the highway but it didn’t bother us to sleep like a baby! We will definitely come back again.

Clean rooms, amazing breakfast, great location

Room was spacious and view of Toronto fantastic, surrounding area safe and close to thing's we we're interested in.

We liked that it was so central, Rogers Center was only an 8 minute walk away as well as the CN Tower. Everything we wanted to see and do was an easy walk. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.
