"Got charged extra for a minor. Didn't change our room category. I have never been charge extra for a child that stays with us on our trips. "

"Staff was very welcoming, no issues there. My issue was my room. It was so dated whereas the photos online made it look so modern. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock or stay closed. The water was freezing. To get hot water, we would have to let it run for TWENTY minutes. I was staying there with a friend and once he was done showering, he would have to leave the water running to keep it hot for me. If we were to turn it off and turn it back on after a few minutes, it would be freezing cold all over again. We called maintenance and the first time - he just let it run, left the room for a while then came back after 15-20 minutes when it was warm and said it was fixed. We had the same issues throughout the entire weekend. The television was also an issue. Upon arrival, I had to stream something for my job and before even booking, I made sure that the TVs would be capable of streaming from my phone and/or laptop. I tried to stream right away and it didn’t work. They sent maintenance up and he reset the internet and TV and it started working. But it doesn’t stay that way. Even the maintenance guy said that when it happens again, I have to let them know so they can log it. And it did happens again and the issue was never fixed. I couldn’t stream for the rest of the weekend and it was very important that I’d be able to for my job. I’m just disappointed as these are issues I’d expect from a motel or a lower grade hotel; but not this one. I couldn’t do my job or shower properly. "

"The highlight wasn't being on the 19th floor, but it added. Our breakfast server (younger female) had just moved to the city and was fantastic. She connected well with my wife who had a cat sweater on and she said she had a few cats as well back home. We wish her the best in her adventure and we will be back at this hotel. "

"The hotel and rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly and cordial. Alex and team at the recption did a very good job at making sure that our stay was comfortable."

"Clean room,no hair dryer,housekeeping staff were great aked for extra pillows & blanket and we had them in less than 10minutes. All staff extremely helpful and courteous. Only issue was with getting time at the kids pool..to be fair it was March break. We arrived for check in at 3-330pm and were told we had to register for a swim time but didnt understand how urgent it would be, by the time we got thdir all the times were taken for the day..we were only there for one night so we had a very upset child..fortunately someone can elled and we were able to swim We felt this should be made clear before booking.its first come first serve "

"Your Radisson has been a staple hotel for me when traveling to Toronto for more than 15 years. Perfect location to get out and see downtown Toronto easily and the Amsterdam House is a great spot! Cheers "
