"I was attending a 2 day conference at Excel and travelling alone, so felt safe if I had to return alone in the evening.
Staff were super helpful. I had a "take away" my first evening and in the mornings they were happy to freshly poach eggs for me.
On the second evening I went to a nearby Chinese restaurant with colleagues. Unfortunately the Excel building was locked and I had to walk around the outside to get to the hotel. I had walked almost the full length of the path when I came to a fence...
"This was a memorable stay thanks to Ingrid and the team. They went above and beyond for my partners birthday. Thank you. The location, the food and atmosphere was superb.
We had a minor issue with the AC (couldn’t work out how to put the heating on) and it was fixed within minutes. Reception were welcoming and attentive. The spa facilities included the steam room and jacuzzi. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Definitely coming back here. "
"The location is good with lovely views of the O2. It is minutes away from ExCel and The O2 and approx 25 minutes from central London.
Ideal if you want a London break but want somewhere you can relax away from the crowds. "
"Lovely hotel, great location to London city. Breakfast good options including for gluten free and vegan. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Top floor bar/restaurant with great views and outside seating. "
"Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in East London. Just a stone's throw from multiple tube stops, bus stops, and other chic areas including Brick Lane, this hotel was perfectly located. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful enough. I did not opt for the breakfast as there are many delicious breakfast and brunch spots nearby.

"This is a perfectly adequate and reasonably priced hotel, located in an area that is convenient and safe. The Bayswater tube station is a few minute's walk away and the nearby dining options are ample.
The room I stayed in was small, somewhat cramped, and unimaginatively furnished, but clean and perfectly serviceable. The desk was situated less than 12 inches away from the foot of the bed, making it impossible to pull the chair out far enough to actually sit in, so if you're planning to get a lot of writing or similar work done in one of these rooms, you should plan to do it on the bed.
Overall, this place was a good value for the money and the staff were friendly. "
"Rooms are small- but absolutely serviceable. My window for the king room looked out to an alley- but I was in my room to sleep. Lobby is lovely, staff were all super helpful and friendly!"

"Hotel in a convenient location 2 blocks froim a major metro station with a direct line to Heathrow Airport and connections to major rail stations. It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."
