Rien à redire: les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables avec une très bonne literie; l'accueil est agréable et avec le sourire, et le positionnement de l'hôtel est idéal grâce à son parking inclus (rare dans cette ville) et l'accès au Vieux Carré, Garden District ou Audubon se fait grâce au tramway (streetcar) situé à 1 km à pied. Fortement recommandé! »

« The hotel and the rooms were ok but we came from a 2 weeks cruise with 50 pounds suitcases, our rooms were on the third floor, and there was no elevator! Also, there are no land lines nowhere in the hotel, and our cell phones did not have a US plan for only 36 hours in town. It was kind of complicated trying to get a cab for 5h00 AM! That should clearly be mentioned on the web site so you can prepare yoursef adequately. »

« For the price we paid, this place deserves a 5 star! We went not expecting much, as I was looking more for cheap prices than elegance. My fiancé and I had a great stay! The room was clean, it smell nice, everything worked with no problem. Bathroom wasn’t updated but toilet flush and shower had hot water which is all that matters. Breakfast was included and though it’s just a simple breakfast menu, it was nice to have coffee, muffin, cereal, toast and waffles available for free. (We did miss out...

« This was my first time staying at this particular Holiday Inn in New Orleans, the West Bank Towers location is always my go to, but the Harvey location did not disappoint! We were a little confused about the cleaning of the room request but our stay was awesome. I assume it was because of Mardi Gras but it was fine. Our room was cleaned on the last day of our 5 day stay. Thank you to everyone who made our visit pleasant and comfortable and a special thanks to Ms Debbie in the breakfast lounge....

« L hôtel est merveilleuse,vraiment propre en tout points!! Et c est l hôtel la mieux placée sur le Riverwalk San Antonio!! Choisir une chambre vue sur riverwalk, donnant sur l eau..au premier étage ( la vue est très belle) beau balcon ! Nous avions la chambre 116\. Et le déjeuner au resto sur le canal du resto qui appartient à l hôtel .. vraiment bon. Je recommande fortement ça vos le prix!! »
