They overbooked our stay and we very unhelpful when we brought the issue to them. Two of their elevators were broken so had to wait over 20 minutes to get in a lift. Issues with our bookings, issues with our two other travel parties as well. Would no recommend.

The location was very convenient. However, the surrounding areas were not well kept. Homeless people, street beggars, and street entertainers with amplified speakers were always in sight.
