Great February break
The property is good and in a great location and has a pool on the roof. Easy walk to the beach to sunbathe and to watch the sunsets. Nice enclosed balcony, although shady. This may be preferable in the summer. Very clean and comfortable. The owners responded immediately to a minor issue raised (lack of clothes hangers) and were great when the block suffered a power outage for 16 hours (probably caused by the nearby construction work). When advised of the situation they immediately delivered a battery lantern. We were made aware of the construction work in advance and it did not cause any issue despite it being close by. I would be happy to stay again should we be back in the area.

Nice place with temporary downsides
The condo itself was according to description. Chris was a great host and communicated well. The downside was the construction going on on both sides of the complex. Noisy from 7:00 am until 5:30 pm daily. The best attribute of this condo is the location with regards to the beach. A one block walk. Beach chairs and towels provided, along with a stroller and cooler bags that doubled as a shopping cart for us. Publix is a mile walk. Overall, a good stay.

Vanderbilt Beach getaway
Great stay!!! Close to beach, condo supplied cart, chairs, towels for beach. Covered parking, close (upto couple miles) to everything you would need. Would recommend to all looking for ease and comfort!!!

Can't find a wrong.
We were able to get in early, plenty of towels, clean sink and floor and Restrooms, beds were fine,, that kitchen cabinet is loose and the broom handle broke. Next door 207 was remodeling but nothing to complain about. I will keep your cell and book again.. Hope we left it in the same condition we found it... thanks,,,,

Great location !
This is an excellent property ! Nice apartment on the second floor (top floor). Very quiet (just know that there is a construction going on both sides of the building, somethimes even at night so it gets noisy - the only downside). Well stocked. Has everything you might need for the beach vacation: great (Tommy Bahama!) beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a cart ! Steps from Vanderbilt beach. Chris is very responsive and check in process was a breathe ! Building is well located (no direct sun during the day so it's not getting too hot). Close to Publix (at 41st), Marshalls and Nordstorm Rack. Highly recomment ! We had so much fune ! Thanks.

It was a seven day stay in paradise. My friends and I enjoyed all aspects of the area.
I was a bit apprehensive about the construction going on around the property, but was pleasantly surprised that for me there wasn’t any negative impact. This property is amazing. The owner and property manager were over the top accommodating my needs. I highly recommend it to all who wish to enjoy the beauty of Naples and the amazing Vanderbilt Beach. Can’t wait to go back. Great place to stay in Naples
Great place to stay in Naples! It’s about a five minute walk to the beach. It’s close to all restaurants, Stores, in amenities. The place is very cozy and was well equipped. John is great with communication. I would definitely come back next time I’m in Naples.

This is by far one of the best rentals we ever stayed in. Very close to the beach (like 3 min walk that my 2 years old could do it no problem), great little pool on the roof and easy parking. The condo has everything you can imagine, from tons of pots and pans in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, even beach towels and gear (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, even a cart to carry all of them to the beach). I was pleasantly surprised to find a first aid kit (really, I haven't seen any properties to have this, i really needed a bandaid for my little girls and just saw the kit in the linen closet). Do yes, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony faces the bay, nice view, we got to see dolphins a few times. There is construction going around in that area, it didn't bother us as we were mostly gone to the beach or exploring Naples, but if you are sensitive to noise, dust and don't like to see excavators drilling and scooping dirt, then look somewhere else. (I'm very curious to see what's coming after all this construction). Will have to be back in a year or so lol to see the new development.

Fantastic location
We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is just as described. Updated bathroom and great kitchen with all needed dishes and utensils. The roof top pool is very nice. Vanderbilt beach is less than 2 blocks. Appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, towels and totes. We will be back!!!

Very Good. Thanks Chris. It was very helpful to have beach towels, beach chairs and beach towels provided. Only slight negative comment was that it would have been nice to know there was construction going on during our stay, which made it a little loud in the mornings.

Clean comfortable unit in great location
Unit was clean, in great location, near to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen fully stocked and ready to cook. Publix is nearby driving distance. Enjoyed beach chairs, umbrella and cart, all in excellent condition. Veiw of a channel from the balcony is great , a we watched birds and even dolfines playing. In the water.

Uncomfortable Stay but Convenient location
Thank you to the owner and mgr for working with us during emergency road and flight conditions. But he should check out whether this place is comfortable for the guests. The dishes -mismatched and grimy. No dishwasher means you depend on the previous occupants to use hot water on dishes- they apparently didnt for our stay. Not even a bar of soap in the bathrm was provided when we checked in-that is a basic in any rental! The bed is fine but there is one flat pillow per adult with thin polyester sheets.The old comforter needs to go away. Sorry, but these are facts- wish I had known. Enjoyed the water view from the screened in Lanai.

Since the writing of this, we have upgraded all the linens, pillows and the comforter. I have addressed the issues with the dishes with the housekeepers. This summer, the kitchen is being renovated to include a dishwasher. We provide hotel style packaged amenity soaps, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion in that unit for our guests, sorry you did not locate them. We strive to offer a first class experience and obviously fell short this time. Our apologies for the inconvenience this have caused you and we are happy to host you again in the near future. Chris

This property is very convenient a very short walk to the beach. The pool and spa on the roof great after a long day at the beach. The Property Manager Chris was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. We will definitively be back.

We booked this condo last minute. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and Chris, the property manager, was excellent! It is only a block from the beach, and close to restaurants and shopping. The roof top pool was an added bonus! We hope to book again in the future!
