Courtyard Pool Home Naples

Whether you’re visiting the Sunshine State’s Gulf Coast for the first or hundredth time, our home will quickly become your favorite destination! The media room has leather couches and a TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The dining room contains a table for 6.
There are two suites each with a king-size bed and private bathroom. The first guest room has a queen bed, and a dresser. The second guest room has two twin beds. These 2 guest rooms share a hall bath with dual sinks, and a tub/shower.

Briarwood is a gated community with 24/7 security personnel at the front gate. The well-maintained landscaping, common areas and buildings look awesome and are in great shape.
There is a $100 cash fee for booking within 7 days of your vacation
NO smoking in the HOUSE, GARAGE and LANAI.
Do NOT sit on house furniture with sunscreen or wet clothes.
Do NOT move the house furniture. Or any inside furniture outdoors or into the lanai.
Do NOT allow pets on furniture or use house linens, blankets etc. as bed for pets.
We do require you to sign a vacation rental agreement and Briarwood Lease application prior to your stay. Briarwood is a gated community and you will NOT be allowed entry without these forms be completed. Therefore, we will ask for your email to deliver the forms.

Fun in the sun

Stayed at the house during a friends trip and it was absolutely perfect. Beth & Keith were super sweet, the house is very clean, and the location was perfect. The reclaimed wood wall by the pool really kept the noise level down. We look forward to staying again.

Best vacation home ever

This house is just great! It is very spacious, well furnished and lovingly decorated. Me and my large family (8 Adults, 2 Kids) had a wonderful and relaxing time and the children especially enjoyed the pool with the whirlpool and could hardly get out of the water. Last but not least, I would like to mention our wonderful hosts, who, through their friendly and generous and helpful nature, have made a great experience of our holiday. We have been to Naples almost every year for the last twenty years, but this year was our best vacation. We highly recommend this vacation home to everybody!

Beautiful Naples home

This property was simply amazing. The communication with the owner was easy and they were always available to answer any questions that came up. Each room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The pool and spa were private and our children and grandchildren had so much fun. Comfy Cozy

In the eight years I've been renting homes in Naples, this was absolutely the best. Comfy, cozy and very clean home included everything you would need. Loved the close by Lowdermilk Park Beach. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home offers many amenities for a stay in Naples. The house offers a quiet room for reading and conversation. The family room offers comfortable seating with a smart TV. Wonderful stay in Naples

We had a wonderful stay at Keith and Beth's Briarwood home. The house had all the touches of a home away from home. It made us and our pups feel so comfortable that we plan on renting again when we visit for the winter next trip to FL. The home was immaculate, well stocked, and had all the fun toys one looks for when coming to get away from it all. Keith and Beth were incredible hosts, always there to help with anything we needed. We feel like we found new friends in Naples! The neighborhood was really great for walking the dogs, well maintained, secure, even at night. We highly recommend staying at any of Keith and Beth's homes.
