"The location was great. The hotel was a little old. Our room was large. The pillows felt like newspaper inside. They had coffee, water & a sitting area + patio. We were only staying one night so we did not see other amenities offered."

"We loved the staff at first but as we went on we feel they were giving us the runaround. First night the air conditioner made some noise but not too bad. The second day, when it went on it sounded like a huge jet airplane winding up. When it went off it sounded like the jet turning off. It was loud. My husband has a sound bite of it. We asked for it to be looked at, that it needed to be fixed. We told them we trusted their people to go in and fix it. I also told them we had privacy please but we were going out and we give them permission to go in. We were suppose to be there 11 days but stayed 2 extra days. Again, the staff was friendly and nice but didn't actually do anything. When we got back from being out on Monday we walked in the room it was warm. We tuned air on cooler and it was warm. Finally when it was put on 60 it would cool slightly. When we left today that's how it was. There is no way anyone looked at it. We would know. Those lovely people at a minimum mislead us. Finally, one of the ladies said she gave us 10,000 points and explained that was about $75 towards another room. Big deal. Fourteen days and they did nothing. At the least we should have been moved and upgraded. We are on a 3 month road trip most of our hotels have been Hilton but this has left a bad taste in our mouths. Please feel free to contact me."

"Had a great time and the staff was amazing. Some things were closed maybe due to weather or off season but still had a great time. Most part everything was clean though our room had a very old and noisy ac unit that kept us up all night long and the ice room smelled like a broken sewer. Everything else was very nice - didn’t run out good time."
