"This was my first time staying at the Sheraton Montreal Airport. We had an overnight layover and its location being so close to the airport and good price made this an obvious choice for one night. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and amenities but there were just a few minor hiccups that in future we would definitely try to avoid to make this a 5- star stay. Shuttle from the airport was very efficient and no long wait was required. Upon arrival the room we were allocated was on the ground floor which is very convenient but as were started walking we realized it was quite the distance from the lobby and in itself that is not such a big deal but after a long day of travel and several suitcases rolling on carpet this was less than ideal. In future I would simply request a room closer to the lobby. Easy fix. Also the noise from aircraft passing overhead is quite loud. I don't know if every single room experiences the same level of noise but that is something to consider if you are light sleeper. Also to note the coffee maker provided can't be plugged in in its spot. There doesn't seem to be an available outlet. We moved it to the table in the morning and used it there. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed an excellent meal and service. Sorry I don't recall our server's name, but he was wonderful and it was a busy spot so any wait we encountered was not bothersome to us. I would definitely stay again if the price were right. Overall it was a good stay"

"The apartment architecture is eye-catching. We were in a corner unit with wraparound window walls and a balcony. The unit was clean. The couch was stained, and the IKEA-like cabinets showed particle board in places. The sheets weren't soft, and the pillows offered no support. A hair dryer was available upon request, along with dish towels. Concordia is across the street, and students were loud until around midnight or later on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday during our stay. Having three bedrooms/two bathrooms was terrific! The building is clean. I had an Expedia credit and discount, and this made the price exceptional. My fellow travelers loved the unit!"

"It is a large property right by a very busy highway and access road but the design assures all rooms are noise free with none having direct windows onto the street. The room was large with a king sized bed, a refrigerator, desk, tv and a large bathroom. The hotel was at full capacity for the cycling world championship but the front desk did a really admirable job handling all the special requests of people who had traveled with their bikes. Customer service in light of the circumstances was excellent."
