Very clean. Central location. Nothing to do with the property but sadly, this area has a lot of homelessness and evidence of drug use on the sidewalks.
Stayed one night. This is a very BASIC hotel. Not even any conditioner, coffee, microwave, nada... The area is dodgy to say the least and was very noisy well into the night. I was on the top floor and heard all the action. As they say, caveat emptor.
I was warmly greeted upon my arrival in the early evening. I was told that I should have received an email with the front door code along with the room code. I had received neither. When I left the hotel, two days later, I received an email from Expedia welcoming me to the hotel and it included the passcodes. The staff at the hotel were very good at providing me with the necessary passcodes, but it would have been a predicament if I had not arrived until later when there was no one around. The room was small, but very adequate. The room was clean and the bed comforatable. I would suggest booking directly.
This hotel is perfect for the adventurous traveler who likes a base of operations or exploration as they go out and about the city around them. It is clean and comfortable to store your stuff and yourself at night. If you are looking for a hotel where you have a pool, bar, restaurant and a business center, this not it. We would stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I arrived and there was no proper check in procedure, and the gentleman behind the desk in the lobby didnt speak English well enough. Was put into a dormroom type room upon my arrival, even though i had paid for a room with non shared toilets and shower. 2 Hours after I arrived and checked into the one room i recieved a random text message that i was in a completely different room. No phone call, no answer when i called back. I left what i was doing and immediately went back to the hotel to sort it out. The gentleman tried to be helpful but English was not their strongsuit. By day 4 i had to ask for new towels as they dont clean the rooms, and for someone to take out the trash. Which wasnt done right up until the hour i left. This is not a service orientated hotel. The staff seems nice but was of no help.
