Whether you just want to work and rest, or get all of what Montreal has to offer, Condo/Terrasse Atateken is for you. This charming condo has been legally welcoming guests since 2012\. Its success lies in its comfort, cleanliness, central location and level of service provided. It has everything you want from an urban pied a terre: a large, very quiet bedroom with a walk in closet and a TV, a cozy living room (that can be closed off and turned into a second bedroom) with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook yourself almost any kind of meal, with an espresso machine and a dishwasher, a lunch counter, a dining room for more formal meals, a laundry area, and a furnished, private rooftop terrasse where you can unwind. Condo-Terrasse Atateken is located in a popular, quiet and safe downtown area. It is located in a vibrant part of Montreal. You can easily walk to the old port and old Montreal from the apartment. There is also a metro just a few blocks away. The host met me at the apartment and walked me through the ins and outs of staying there. He also left a very detailed map and a list of activities and restaurants. He gave us a list of nearby restaurants, grocery options, nearest ATM. The apartment is immaculate and quiet. I was surprised how close we were to "the action" because we did not hear anything. We appreciated the room darkening curtains for peace and quiet after a full day of site seeking. The listing states this, but it is important to note that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. This wasn't a problem for us but, as we get older, I think about that more often. The apt was clean, organized and had oil, coffee, equipped for your time away to prepare your own meals.
