"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed Kealia Landing in June of 2026, and it was a dream house on a dream vacation. The view is absolutely incredible. We spent every minute we could outside watching the waves roll in from the beautiful blue ocean. Watching some extremely talented surfers off in the distance each day was a bonus. The house was well stocked and in great shape. Everything was spotless and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The internet worked fine and the massive TV was great for watching a couple of movies with the kids. I would give the house a 11/10 and would also highly recommend Kauai Vacation Rentals. Mahalo!"

"We took a group of 17 family members to Kauai and stayed in this large home which was perfect for our group. It is an easy walk down the lawn and onto Anahola Beach and there are two calm areas for swimming about a 5-10 min walk. The home had a few minor maintenance issues but it is apparent that the owners are working on improvements. The kitchen is small but well supplied with many appliances and a cupboard with spices, oils and other handy items for cooking. The AC units worked well in the bedrooms to keep you cool while sleeping. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive if we had questions or concerns. Highly recommended this lovely home for large groups!"

"This property was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We had 3 rental cars and parking was not a problem at all. The view was incredible. "Our first trip to Kaua’i was to The Tranquility Blue Bungalow, a beachfront property with stunning views. We had hoped to spot local wildlife, but in addition what we discovered was that the beauty of Kaua’i is indescribable.Nestled off the beaten path, the bungalow offered privacy. Every day, we were treated to the sight of monk seals swimming and galumphing across the rocks. Turtles bobbed in the bay, and the locals marked their nesting spots with driftwood and signs. On our final day, we were fortunate enough to witness the playful spinner dolphins.We embraced the tropical atmosphere by waking up early and savoring every meal outdoors, soaking in the breathtaking surroundings. The warm, soft sand and the crystal-clear, turquoise-blue water. The landscaping around the bungalow was a masterpiece of its own with flowering trees, cozy nooks with tables and chairs, a fire ring and hammocks under the gazebo.The bungalow itself was charming and provided a comfortable space for preparing meals and resting. However, we found ourselves spending most of our time outside. Hawaii is the tropics and we weren’t looking for a resort so expect bugs, geckos, toads, snails and chickens. More wildlife. Our hosts were incredibly personal, warm, and friendly, making our stay truly memorable.We would enjoy a return to Kaua’i and to this specific spot."

"This property is fantastic. It is only steps away from the water and the snorkeling is good, especially at high tide. The fish are plentiful and I even encountered a turtle. If you are interested in a long walk on the beach, that is available. Water shoes are encouraged for an even longer walk. The interior has all of the comforts of home, with the exception of AC. At night, it is encoraged to open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. You will find delight at this location, which is convenient to Princeville and Kapa'a."

"The property is UNBELIEVABLE!! The grounds are breathtaking and so well-maintained. My kids (10 and 12) had the best time petting the horse down the road and the neighbor’s sweet dog. The tiny geckos and interesting birds were a lot of fun, too. It’s a paradise!As for the house, it’s HUGE. We loved the outdoor shower, the meditation areas, the laundry facilities are great, the kitchen is stocked! There are so many comfy places to sit on the lanai, and appreciated the AC units in the bedrooms at night. The host also provided shampoos and conditioners for all the showers, tons of towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs and coolers and all sorts of helpful items. We will absolutely consider booking again if we return to the island."

"Our family’s first visit to Hawaii exceeded our expectations! The Bond house was perfect for 7 adults. The home is located in a quiet part of the island (low traffic and activity), which is very nice. There is a public beach within walking distance, but we did not go there as this home is ocean front. The view is spectacular! Morning coffee with a sunrise is hard to beat! The kitchen was well stocked, bath and beach towels were plentiful, as were beach supplies—chairs, snorkeling equipment, etc."

"The location and grounds are extraordinary -- a quick walk to the beach (be careful of the rips, it's only safe to swim on the sides of the beach); stunning vegetation - so many fruit trees! The porch is where we spent most of our time, playing cards on the dining table or lounging in the hammock. It was a perfect stay for our family of six to gather in relaxation and surrounded by nature. As others have noted, the home could use a bit of love and a deep clean, but realize that living in the tropics is a huge challenge! The kitchen could use an inventory review as some basics were missing, but overall, these issues were very minor given the memorable experience the property afforded our family . . . thank you!"
