I have stayed in many of the Toronto (YYZ) airport hotels, and this is by far my favourite. The main reason is the convenience of having the airport terminal train right at the hotel's front door. No need to book a shuttle, or take a taxi. You simply walk from your flight to the train platform in the airport, and it drops you at the hotel, free of charge. Same thing when headed to the airport from the hotel. Very convenient, and the train takes only a few minutes.

Complimentary Full Breakfast and every night there is 2 free cocktails with plenty of snacks included with your hotel stay between 5-7pm plus you can stay for dinner as they have a great variety of food to chose from. So many extras make the stay the best choice in the area. Been back 3 times already. Best value for what you pay and what you get😎

It's a no-brainer if you're ever travelling to, from and/or via the Toronto Pearson Airport.... Located in Terminal 3 - relatively close to Terminal 1 (easy to connect from one to the other with the complimentary train - which allow carts!!), it proves over and over again to be the best basecamp...for me anyways. Highly recommended.

Location was excellent for driving into the city as it is just by the highway. TTC bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it was very easy to come back to the hotel from a concert in downtown. Breakfast location is small and crowded in the morning but a staff kept adding food ensuring there was plenty for all. It was nice to have hot drink machine available for free 24/7. Coffee was great.

The shuttle to the airport from the hotel in the morning had a driver who was talking to someone through his phone and did not acknowledge us and continued to do so on our drive and had phone between his legs and looking down frequently while driving. His earbuds were in the entire ride and his conversation continued but turned up the fan so at least we did not need to hear it. The phone in our room was...

The room is fine, the staff are great, but the parking garage has a very challenging entry for mid-sized and larger vehicles. Also, not all pay stations advise hotel guest not to pay for parking in the garage. That would have been nice to know upfront. It was $13 more to pay in the garage.
