Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This peaceful and well-equipped two-story home has everything you need to experience a truly unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. When you book this splendid escapade, you are granted access to the neighborhood's community amenities, including a refreshing heated pool, tennis, and golf, adding to the overall appeal of this beautiful home.

As you enter this bright and airy home, you will find a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed, modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. The dining area is perfect for more formal meals or hosting board game nights with the family. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a large TV with cable to keep you entertained during your stay. Outside, a covered patio with patio furniture provides a relaxing space to enjoy the outdoors while taking in the views of the nearby pond. Additional perks include two golf carts and a washer/dryer, which ensures you can always have clean clothes no matter what!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay in Sandestin

This is an affordable home, and the location is amazing. It’s a quick walk to the Baytown wharf, and is easily navigated to the back gate and to Publix for shopping.. the home is very spacious and allows you to bring multiple guest. Great stay!

We loved our stay. The golf carts were a hit. The only problem was the driveway was to small for 2 cars and the one golf cart that had to stay in driveway. We had to leave one of our vehicles at the pool which was very limited on parking

Crowded Community

The AC didn't work the first 50% of our stay. The downstairs was unbearable for the first three days on site.Our entry access code didnt work so we had delays checking in. The onsite facilities were very pricey even for tourist areas. Once you got off the property it was nicer.

1st time visiting Destin

1st of I would recommend this stay to anyone, it was everything! However we did have some mishaps with the 6 seater Golf cart wasn't available to use but we was compensated for it, 1 of the showers didn't work and I'm waiting for that compensation to hit my account as I type this review. Also the master bedroom upstairs foot board to the bed wasn't attached and the bathroom lights went out. They sent maintenance out to take care of that and everything else was perfecto! The communication got off a lil bit because you're speaking with didn't CS agents but I asked for a manager so I wouldn't have to repeat myself over and over. We loved our stay from Thursday to Sunday for the price we paid and we would most definitely be back. This was our 1st time visiting Destin, 1 word of advice I would give is please make sure your agents make notes from every call or text so the next agent will already have an idea of what's going on. Thanks have a Blessed Day ❤️

Good place, but bad experience

Booked this at the very last minute and chose this because of space and layout…mostly because there were TWO golf carts. Received a text on arrival day that larger golf cart was inoperable (they picked up day 2 and we never saw it again). Door code did not work upon arrival…finally resolved after waiting…outside, in the dark, for 45 minutes. We had to take one cart plus a car to the beach every day, which is not what we had planned. Bug in the master bedroom on night 1 (killed it on night 2) other than that, house was clean. Person I assume to be the owner was responsive, and watching the turtles behind the house was a treat. Lots of little things around the house that just made it short on stars: can opener didn’t work, griddle was broken into three pieces, nightstand in master was missing drawer pulls, master dresser drawers came completely out when pulled, trash in drawers, bathroom door in bunk room had to be slammed in order to lock it (that was fun with teenage boys), the stick to open and close the blinds in family room was broken, and the beach canopy was broken (but still functional). Be prepared you will need to bring your own beach towels, and we had to buy pot holders for the kitchen (which we accidentally left). Multiple inquiries about a credit for lack of the second golf cart went unanswered after our trip. I will find a better place to stay next time.
