"This is such a cool place to stay. This 100-year-old hotel was delicately restored and maintains much of the class from when it was built. The staff are professional and courteous, really going out of their way for my anniversary. I especially appreciated Kessan, front desk associate that checked us in, Caroline, front desk manager that provided us with gifts in our room, and Gonzalo, M club associate that provided us with an upscale and friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home. "

They should check with front desk who has checked out! Some guests travel till late and check in late and need their sleep!! Was ridiculous!! "
