The workers were very nice. But the hotel room was in pretty bad shape. I had to ask for different sheets. Mine had little specks of hair everywhere. Not sure the shower was clean, had a tongue scraper or something just sitting in it. Also The room had a giant water stain on the ceiling that looks horrible. The room was mildewy.

When I checked in the woman at the front desk asked if I was by myself because if I was, she would put me in a room closer to the lobby. Sort of sets the tone to the kind of establishment this is. I get to my room and all of the pillows are in a pile on the bed, there is a plastic cover on the smoke detector, a used washcloth still draped over the shower curtain rod, a plastic fork on the floor, and the carpet seemed like it had never been vacuumed. The platform the bed was on had dirt and hair all over it. The TV didn't work. Someone came and banged on my door twice during the evening. Lots of activity in the parking lot and I was concerned about my car. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The room was not very net and clean the toilet would move when sat on. The tub was chipped and looked like it had mold. The ceiling had water damage in sleeping area

I travel all year for work for the last 14 years. This is in my top 3 worst hotel experiences. The property looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It was very dirty, and I felt unsafe the entire time.

The light by the bathroom didnt work, bedding seemed clean, the room was clean. The shower has amazing water pressure, loved that.

I ended up having to leave the property and not staying there. I had just had my keys done and used it on the door once and went to my car and came back and couldn’t get in my door. It would just flash red. If you try to call the hotel the line is busy. A lot of sketchy people outside in multiple different areas of the hotel. My room was super dirty and the bathtub was filthy, I couldnt even shower in it. Towels had stains. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Someone kept trying to open my door. I just felt very unsafe.

Missing safety equipment in the room (smoke detector not there). Trash building up behind the entertainment dresser and refrigerator. A boot barn receipt from 2019 was in the dresser drawer. The ceiling was falling in places. The only good thing was the water pressure and the daytime front desk association. She was very helpful.

Hotel was nothing like the pictures on the app. Restrooms were old and had mold. Stayed there for 4 days and sheets were never changed out, the sheets had oil stains and there was dog hair all over room cleaning staff wouldn’t clean completely and leave trash bins full
