"Check in was easy, the lady at the front desk was super nice! This is a very convenient hotel and at a great price. It is a little noisy being close to the interstate but traveling a long distance by myself I needed it close and safe. My only complaint is that there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the room. I didn’t realize that so that’s on me. I had leftovers though and wanted to heat them up for dinner. For the prize and location you can’t beat this place."

"Absolutely STUNNING location - our room was fantastic, every staff member we dealt with were great, gym was spotless and well equipped. If anyone is scared on windy mountain roads - take the 74 NOT the 243 as it is a much less scary drive ha ha (you're welcome x)"

"Room was decently clean. There was some days when my tub wasn’t cleaned and I didn’t get a new shower mat or face clothes but we were mostly happy with our stay. The pool was great, not too crazy loud or packed and the food at the restaurant was great. "

"The cabin was amazing! Great for our family and very warm and comfortable. Idyllwild is a gorgeous little town! Only complaint we had is the drive up the hill! Otherwise the property and town are fantastic!"
