"When I asked the hotel how to find it from the water taxi, the instructions started with "walk through the clock tower"...and that's where the fairy tale began. This hotel is tucked away in the gorgeous alleys behind Santo Marco. The setting is stunning, and the customer service at this hotel is top notch. As soon as we stepped inside a valet whisked away our bags, they recommended excellent restaurants steps away, and offered a complimentary private boat tour to Murano (DO THIS!). They remembered us by face every time we stopped to grab our room key. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. They also arranged for a private water taxi back to the train station (this might be the best $50 I ever spent...so much better than tackling the public water taxi with heavy luggage as we did on the way there). 10/10 across the board!"
"Perfectly located near the center of everything. Close walking distance to the water taxis, St Mark’s Square, and of course shopping! Staff was very polite and extremely helpful with suggestions. They even assisted with a day trip to Murano. "
"The room was clean and quaint. The bathroom was roomy. The team at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. "
