Great location 2 minutes from alilaguna boat from airport. Close to waterfront, St. Marks, restaurants and shops. Lots of locals around so you know its a good area. Tony on Reception was lovely with a warm and welcoming attitude. Always remembered our Room number from Day 1, nothing was too much trouble. The bar is not manned and although Reception would get us a drink when asked, it wasnt 24hrs. Good size room, comfy beds, amazing Murano glass chandelier, terrace over courtyard.

The Staff a so professional and helpful, they offer recommendations for places to eat- that are away from the tourist spots. The location is excellent - so easy to get to taxis - to the Square and any activity you have booked. The room was spectacular. Cool, spacious, a new bathroom with a fantastic shower. I even had a balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. A true sanctuary.

The hotel is right in front of the San Zaccaria A vaporetto station. Just a few meters from San Marco Square. Really great hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, specially Luca. Great restaurants on all sides. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was situated in the perfect spot to the water busses and taxis. Great restaurants near by and shopping in neighborhood shops instead of tourists shops. A few minutes walk to St Mark Square and other tourists sights. Would recommend this hotel to Anyone who likes nice hotel off the tourist traffic area.

The best part of our stay was the quality of the service we received! Everyone was super attentive and kind. The property is conveniently located only 8 min from Plaza San Marco where you can find the major museums in Venice.

The hotel is great! The three gentlemen working the front desk are fantastic. They are helpful, patient and always greet you when you come or go from the hotel. There were some reviews about the breakfast being not great but we found it perfectly fine. It is your typical European breakfast fare - meats, eggs, pastries, cheese, etc. The wait staff were also very friendly and were very quick with the coffee!! Thank you Hotel Bisanzio!
