Excellent hotel. Clean, prime location. Very friendly helpful staff. The only thing was the AC is controlled by the front desk. They keep it very cold which is fine because it was very hot and humid during the day but at night I prefer the AC be turned down a little. It stayed consistently at about 18C. Even when I called and asked to go up to 21C it never went down. But overall definitely recommend!

The hotel is a great value for money and in a Fanta location, although the bedrooms are silent the area is quite busy and touristic but no issues. Staff is always polite and nice and overall hotel quality is excellent. Rooftop is definitely a plus

The terrace on the rooftop was a nice perk of the property, which had lovely views over the canal. There are many dining options just outside of the hotel (although mostly aimed toward tourists), but it still provides some variety. It was a little challenging to fit two large suitcases and two carry on’s comfortably in the room because the rooms are smaller as are most European hotels.

The location of the property is exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff was not helpful or friendly other than one person in the restaurant and one young man on reception. We booked 2 rooms, both were supposed to have a double sofa bed. We asked for the room our adult daughter and son were in to have the double sofa bed made. They put a sheet onto the top of the sofa and when we asked about the sofa bed they said they would look into it and get back to us. At 10 pm they said that room does not have a sofa bed and even though we paid for it we were stuck with the room. The next day we complained again as our daughter needed an actual bed and they moved rooms to one with a bed but did not offer to make the previous night right. We stayed at H10 in Rome and the staff was significantly friendlier and much more helpful. The bugs were very bad in the room that our kids were moved too with both kids being covered in mosquito bites. The rooftop patio they do not allow you to use unless you are paying to eat or drink and it is not open unless the restaurant is open. We were disappointed in this as one of the reasons we chose that hotel was to have a little outdoor space to unwind. The H10 in Rome allows usage of the patio throughout the day.

This hotel is amazing! It’s beautiful, close to Rialto Bridge and a short walk to St. Mark’s Square. The staff was accommodating and incredibly friendly with recommendations for less touristy attractions. We have dietary restrictions and they offered gluten-free options with breakfast. When we return to Venice, we will book here!

What a welcome! Staff is amazing, check in process was very organized and the location is FABULOUS! Near the Rialto Bridge and walkable to many other sites. We absolutely loved this hotel! From the rooftop bar to the large bathroom and the very nice employees. There was a great breakfast every morning and they even brought me a special birthday meal one day. I will ALWAYS stay at the H10 for my future trips to Venice.

We were very pleased with our choice of H10 Palazzo Canova from the start. We were greeted personally by a host who sat with us, offered us beverages, and walked us thru the check-in process. He offered dining recommendations, two of which we went to and had excellent meals. The room we were assigned was spacious and clean. Although it was on the ground floor it was quiet enough. The only (minor) complaint was that the spacious shower did not have a door or curtain so we had to use some of our towels as extra bath mats. But the shower itself was 2-3 times the size of showers at other hotels we had during our trip to Italy. I would stay there again next time I visit Venice.
