The hotel is beautiful. Our problem was we chose the Junior Suite Grand Canal room. It’s was $250 more than a standard room. Our decision was based upon the room pictures where every picture shows big windows on the corner with expansive canal views. Our room was not a corner room as presented. This was a problematic as we paid $250 more for the corner room and view. The hotel denied any responsibility and blamed Expedia. We asked for a different room or a reasonable hotel credit or a refund of the price difference we paid. The hotel denied and offered us two cocktails only. But, despite our frustration, the hotel is beautiful, great location and the room and decor were comfortable. If you need wifi, be aware it was very weak and inconsistent. Be careful when selecting your room type, you may be disappointed based on your expectations.

The hotel was a 4 star but really felt like 5. Breakfast was amazing and staff were very attentive and met your every need. From the front desk to housekeeping. Excellent staff. Roof top bar was lovely. Great view of Venice. I would definitely stay again.

Centrally located, stylish boutique hotel with super friendly staff…a big shout out to Raz, Jachomo, Maria, Chiara from the reception staff who organized and solved my last minute logistics!!! Highly recommended and worth every penny!
