The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, including both the hotel and the restaurant. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the canal side seating area watching gondolas and boats go by. This is a well located hotel, but outside busy areas. We would definitely stay again.

The room was pretty hot despite turning it down, staff was amazing, no hot water in shower and zero water pressure. The hotel itself is cute and in a good location.
We loved our stay here, the team there were incredible, nothing was too hard for them to sort or organise.
We had a great sized room, the buffet breakfast was good and the location fantastic.
We loved being able to arrive and leave via water, right up to the front door.
We would highly recommend this property, and in particular the team who were amazing! Thankyou Ally
Great place to stay! Marco at the front desk was especially helpful, in answering our questions, helping us arrange for an early morning transfer to the airport, and even ensuring we had a small breakfast to go!
Shower was small but mostly expected in Europe. Otherwise room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s nice and quiet but at the same time within walking distance to everything.
We had a wonderful stay. Warm and welcoming staff, a true boutique experience that we were looking for. The location is great, not far from a water bus stop and has a convenient platform within the hotel for private water taxes. Breakfast is great and the restaurant is very nice. Would stay there again.

The property is fantastic for a 500 yr old property. Of course it could use a few touch ups but it had everything we needed, an excellent breakfast, very helpful staff and great location to most of the key attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We especially appreciated having a mini fridge and a coffee bar in the room, which added extra convenience.
The complimentary continental breakfast was a great way to start each day, with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating whenever we needed assistance.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.
This hotel which oozed character was an excellent find. Close to St Marks Square but situated in a quiet corner of Venice. The staff were all helpful and polite and great at answering all our questions. Breakfasts offered a wide selection of foods and although we never ate our dinner in the hotel it always was busy. Best part was sitting relaxing by the canal in the reception area sipping a cool glass of beer or aperol spritz! I would highly recommend this small hotel.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good communication before checkin. They let us check in a little early, gave directions and advice, and packed us breakfast when we had to checkout early. Great location, right on the canal, walkable to everything while not in an area overcrowded with tourists. Our room was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the canal view. The hotel has a cute little courtyard and a restaurant, with breakfast provided. Only downsides were some small flies in the bathroom and spotty wifi in the room (worked great in the hotel common areas). Overall, an excellent place to stay and I would return!
+Like much of Venice, our stay at this hotel continued our love affair with Venice in that it was unique, exciting, well located & provided everything we needed. The only issue for us personally was that the bed was very hard & therefore uncomfortable for us, making good sleep impossible. Very unfortunate being for 3 nights but the staff were friendly & helpful. The included breakfast had everything we needed, the room itself while basic had Venetian charm & a canal outlook. The shower was the smallest & tightest of the various hotels we stayed in on our trip but was adequate. The drive-up Water Taxi dock we appreciated as it allowed us to have that special experience of the water-taxi trip, which was amazing in itself. It was well located just 10 min walks to Rialto bridge & the Vaporetto ferry to Burano Island and slightly more to St. Marks Square. We backed onto The Square of Sts Jogn & Paul, & a host of cafes, restaurants & local shops. Amazing environment. Overall, it ticked all the boxes. Thank you to Marco & all the staff.

The location was great. The room was very nice & clean.
We absolutely loved our stay. This hotel is full of original character. The room was nice, clean and a good size. The air condition worked well. Marco was very welcoming on arrival and all staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was lovely. We took the public taxi boat from the airport and got off at Ospadale stop. Not far to walk. We got lost a few times when we had been out and about but its all part of the Venice experience. Google maps are a must! Very good location for walking to all areas. Nice quiet location. The bed was very comfortable. One tip for venice and other parts of Italy we visited, take insect repellent!! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
