Especially appreciated Andrea at the front desk and Manuel in the bar. Both delightful and helpful. Location is very near San Marco and good restaurants near. Rooms were larger than most and comfortable and loved the bathtub. Highly recommend.

We were surprised our room was not so n the main hotel; three flights of stairs to our room (one quiet steep) & room smaller than seen on website at booking.Overall though our room was warm,comfortable & spotless each day;decorated beautifully.The hotel staff were confident,helpful and very approachable.Great place to stay and we would recommend staying here to others.

We loved our canal rooms. Especially quiet considering how close we were to San Marcos. Loved having a bathtub to soak in after a day of walking. What was difficult was finding the streetentrance on our own bc the private taxi couldn’t get to hotel port due to high water. Hard to find land door dragging suitcases.

The hotel was so beautifully furnished and we loved our room. The amenities were great! Staff were very helpful and professional. We loved the fact that the water taxi could duck at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. I recommend this hotel to visitors to Venice.
