We had a great stay. It was a perfect location with water taxi available at their doorstep when needed. We didn’t opt for the breakfast, but others raved about it. The room was big and updated. The staff were so friendly and helpful, would absolutely recommend!

Clean rooms but very small- may be usual in Venice. Some rooms are accessible by elevator. You may have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Staff helped out.

Amazing location. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good enough to get you out on your day. Staff helpful to a point - had been out of the room for 7 hours walking and returned, no cleaning service done. Sore back, feet and so we had to sit downstairs for another 45 mins. No offer for a coffee or drink while we waited. Would be a 5 star if they had at least tried to offer a small gesture like a coffee.

Charming hotel in a great location! Great canal view close to San Marco plaza and many nice shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful! High ceilings and beautiful decor. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff there were wonderful as well as the staff at the front desk and bar. Very enjoyable stay making our first time in Venice memorable.

We enjoyed the quiet environment and convenient location to beautiful canals and San Marco Square. We enjoyed the coffee maker in our room and complimentary water to cool down after experiencing the heat of the city. The staff were helpful with recommendations for places to eat and transportation requests. Highly recommend.

The property was extremely well located and on a beautiful canal where the gondolas pass by. It is an easy walk from Saint Marco Square and the rooms were immaculate and the bathtub was especially nice given that there are very few of them and Europe. The staff was incredibly well, organized, and planned many of our activities for us and did so well. They are very knowledgeable about the city and seem to be a consistent group of people. I would definitely recommend this place again.
