Nice clean well appointed rooms with amenities - water, mini bar, toiletories, tea / coffee maker. True to its name the Social Hub is buzzing with life, live events, friendly and conversational staff. The hotel is in the heart of the city with gorgeous views. The rooftop bar and pool with a view of the duomo are the highlights of this hotel. They have an excellent rooftop gym too with a view of the city and duomo. Very happy with our stay here! "

"This hotel is in a great location. Easy walk to/from Termini station. You can also walk to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc. Lots of restaurants close by and authentic gelato nearby too. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food which we appreciated. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We have stayed here twice and would stay again. "

Where it stands out is the facilities: * Large pool area (great in the summer) * On-site restaurant and bar * Mini market for quick essentials * Shuttle/bus access into central Rome Getting into the city takes some planning. It’s outside the center, so expect 30–45 minutes to reach major spots like Colosseum or Trevi Fountain. Public transport works fine, but it’s not as convenient as staying downtown. Downsides: * Can get crowded and noisy, especially with groups * WiFi is hit or miss * Feels more like a resort than a “Rome” experience Bottom line: Great value if you’re okay trading location for price and space. Especially good for families or longer stays. If you want to step out your door into historic Rome, look elsewhere—but if you want a budget-friendly base with amenities, it does the job well."

"Everything was perfect except our toiletries bottles in the room were broken upon arriving. Breakfast at the hotel was super tasty. The staff at the hotel were amazing"

"We stayed in the Junior suite. It was spacious and clean. A couple of complaints was that we had to go to the front desk to remind them to clean our room. We had come back after lunch around 3 p.m. in the room was still not clean. The other complaint was the side we were on was next to the train which we could hear late in the night or early morning. Overall, the hotel of the breakfast was very nice."
