"L accueil pour le check in est surbooké!!! L attente est insupportable, meme après 14h il m est arrivé d attendre ma chambre plus de 2h parce qu elle n etait pas PRÊTE !!! Ce n est pas permis….Après 1 long voyage, c est tres difficile d attendre 1 long moment… l hôtel devrait travailler l accueil, meme le meilleur client n est qu 1 numero dans cet hotel et c est bien dommage….De leur coté, il leur importe sans doute de faire du chiffre uniquement !!"
